This property was beautiful! A very very short walk to a private beach! Very close to all the fun spots we love to visit! The host was very helpful whenever we had a question and left very clear instructions. Will definitely return!

Natalie was great to deal this and sooo helpful. Bad weather kept us in Cayman two more days and even though she couldn’t accommodate us, she helped us find a close rental. The first floor condo was ideal for us and made it easy to reach the water. My only suggestion is more towels everywhere!!!

This is a very clean, nicely appointed unit in a small complex that is about a 10 minute drive to all the attractions at Rum Point.

We returned to Coco Sands for 2 weeks this year. Besides being in a great location, it is a very clean end unit that suited our needs, and is nicely stocked. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We would definitely return again.

Wonderful place and location!

Coco Sands provided us with the ideal lodging for our trip to Grand Cayman. The layout, amenities, and location were excellent. The beach and snorkeling right outside the door, as well as the location near Rum Point, Crystal Caves, Starfish Point, excellent restaurants, and many snorkeling opportunities, provide a great variety of things to do. We will be back!

Great time on GC

Condo was perfect. Well stocked in the kitchen, Charcoal grill was wounderful for all our grilling. Easy to find with plenty of parking. North side is very quiet. Plenty of beach chairs at pool and the beach. North side is quite windy but when calm, the snorkeling is very good. Do your grocery shopping at fosters countryside as shopping on the north side is very limited. 4th time in Grand Cayman and this condo shines as the best by far

Spring Break 2023

This property is amazing for families. Its right on the beach with a pool. My kids enjoyed the pool daily. Everyone staying there was very friendly and helpful. Natalie was very easy to communicate with and replied very quickly. She gave me some great resources for excursions. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The bed in the master is very comfortable and has plenty of pillows. The location of the condo is great, we don't like the hustle of 7 mile beach so we choose this location and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again

Tranquility

Our family of three spent a fabulous week at Coco Sands. Natalie, our host, communicated with us promptly and provided us with all the information we would need before we arrived. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and immaculately clean. During our stay the grounds, pool and beach were well looked after. This first floor unit is not poolside, but has the best beach access of the complex and offers privacy while having a nice ocean view. It was a bit breezy when we were there but the pool was sheltered, and on calm days we had great snorkeling along the reef. This is a very peaceful area and many times we had the beach and/or pool to ourselves. Northe Point is far from the crowds and traffic of Seven Mile Beach, but convenient to Rum Point and Kaibo Beach, as well as Crystal Caves and Cayman Kayaks bioluminescence tour, all of which we enjoyed. We fell in love with this tranquil setting and hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything from cleanliness to communication was on point. The property was accurately represented in the photos. If you know Grand Cayman, you know the shallow waters and most beaches have sargassum. However, using water shoes (or bare feet) you can swim beyond the sargassum and snorkel. We appreciated all the little extras like snorkels, life jackets, bug spray and a prepaid local cell phone to use was a nice suprise- especially when trying to book excursions. The location will require a car for transportation however we enjoyed being near Rum Point, Queen Elizabeth Gardens, the Crystal Caves etc and traveled to the west side for Pampered Ponies and some beach experiences. This way, we felt we experienced the whole island. Wouldn’t have done it any other way! We definetly look forward to a future visit.

Good stay

This place is good. Right on the beach. Much further from things than I had thought from never being to the island before. We did a lot of driving back and forth to the touristy area because everything is on that side of the island. We like being away from the hustle and bustle but felt this was a little too far away. The weather on the rum point side wasn’t cohesive to any beach activities right outside the whole time during our visit. The beach was also very rocky entering the water. The home itself was nice. It had VERY basic items to stay. Wish it had area rugs in the living area and large bedroom. Being right on the beach we tried our best to keep sand out but was constantly on our feet and tracked all over the home. Had to wipe feet off every night before bed. Similar situation while exiting the shower. No bath rugs. The view is absolutely beautiful and the morning sunrise was breathtaking. It sleeps 6 however it felt slightly tight with 6 adults. The kitchen is TINY. Overall the place was VERY clean and the hosts were great.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your feedback. The North Side area, as you mentioned, is away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach which is why most of our guests specifically choose the area, for it's relaxed island vibe. We will definitely look into adding some additional rugs by each door to help keep the sand out. I can confirm that bath mats were provided and used in both bathrooms as i've just collected them and put them in the laundry after your group checked out. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall!

Place was nice and clean. Unfortunately though there was a lot of sargrass during our trip so we weren’t able to get in the water at the room. Lots of trash along the beach as well.. not this property necessarily but the beach neighboring the property.

Great stay on the North Side

This is a well maintained condo. Natalie answered all my questions quickly & was a great host! We loved being further away from the hustle & bustle. It was great to be able to make our meals at the condo &do laundry. The beach is lovely to relax on. It wasn't ideal for snorkeling while we were there, but we enjoyed just hanging out there. Would definitely recommend this property!

Peace and quiet

Our whole experience at this condo was great. Large rooms, location on the ocean was a plus, and the pool was clean, although cold. A car would be needed, as nothing is within walking distance.
