Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhouse in Rock Bay (Manilva) with spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea. The townhouse has a shared swimming pool and accommodates 6 persons, is equipped with air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer machines, jacuzzi bath tub, dinning set and grill on the solarium, modern furniture and kitchen appliances, WiFi, flat screen color TV with Amazon Fire. Ten minute walk to the beach. Parking available on the street in front of the house. 10 minute (5.7 km) drive to Sotogrande Marina, Beach, Yacht, Golf and Polo clubs.

This property is located 20 miles north of Gibraltar, a 7 minute drive to Sotogrande and a 10 minute drive to Duquesa harbor. The property is a 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach and also has a 2 mile scenic walking path right outside of the house.

The location of the property provides easy 10-15 minute walking distance (2700 ft) to the beach, a 2 mile scenic hiking path and has easy access to attractions of Sotogrande (Gigi Beach, Marina, Sailing, Golf and Polo clubs) and Duquesa Harbor restaurants.
