Excellent stay for a family! Nice and quiet area by the bayside but close enough to walk to beach. Easy walk to middle of board walk. Not a lot of stores in the immediate space but there’s a lot to walk to. The place itself was amazing. Full kitchen and double bathrooms! Balcony and nicely furnished! Would stay again! Very easy check in and out process. Pool is very small but nice to cool off if needed. You get a parking spot and will need pass but easy to get.

My family of 5 had a great stay. Great location, clean and spacious with a short walk to the beach. The pool was very small but not too crowded. Nice for sunbathing. Kitchen was stocked with basic pots, pans and a few spices. Check in process as smooth and straight forward. Will definitely be staying here again.

The overall condo was very nice, spacious, in a good location, and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was not as clean as I felt it should have been. After being there for only a half hour my grandsons feet were black from the ceramic floors. There was no possibility that they were mopped prior to us coming. The ceiling fans in each bedroom looked as if they had not been cleaned for quite sometime with dust and build up. There was a dirty adult foot imprint on the wall by the kitchen table. Laundry left in the dryer. Papers and food under the coffee tables that we swept up so my grandsons feet would not touch it when his toys fell on the floor and rolled under the tables. Although I don’t expect immaculate when you go in to a place, I do expect it to be clean. Communication was also poor. I received a message from the host prior to us coming when I asked about sheets. I received a message with the code to the door. No other information was provided. Not the code to the pool. I had to message the host to find out if we had to put a tag in our cars while parked there. When I asked about the pool code it took her 18 hours to respond. That was an entire day that we could not use the pool. Then upon checkout we got no information about what we were all supposed to do before leaving. Most places either send you that information or have it posted in the condo. There was absolutely nothing. A book with all of that information would have been wonderful.

Thank you for staying with us! We have 10/10 ratings on all platforms we host on. We have a checklist for cleaning and our cleaners take detailed pictures including wet floors to ensure they proof it was mopped after every guest. You have never reached out during your stay to indicate the condo wasn’t clean or sent any pictures to us so we can send out additional cleaning if it indeed was needed. You have reached out to me for the code on the platform and waited a day after to reach out on my cell and I immediately responded and apologized as I had issues accessing the platform that day. We appreciate your dishonest comments and hope you enjoy the rest of your summer

We just finished up our family vacation here and there are not enough words to share how wonderful our experience was staying here! The property is gorgeous and the photos don't do it justice. The property is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The view of the bay from the balcony was stunning and a great way to relax at the end of the day. The beach and boardwalk were just a few blocks away and the property's amount of parking was a huge bonus! The communication we received was timely, kind, and any questions we had were answered very quickly. We are already looking into coming back next summer. Thank you for being part of our great family vacation!

Spacious and convenient

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We’ve gone to OC many times, usually just for a long weekend so we stayed in hotels, usually in the boardwalk. This time we were staying 4 nights so I wanted somewhere we could hang out, have meals if we wanted, etc. the Sqiuddly was great!Pros- clean, spacious, convenient walk to the boardwalk and beach (but far enough away to have easy parking and be quiet at night). Some basic spices and all basic kitchen supplies. Plenty of space for us each to hang out and not get in each others’ way. Nice porch looking toward the bay (but the other building blocked the actual sunset). A few minor cons- a few things are somewhat the wire for wear from past guests- porch door handle was loose, blinds don’t close in both directions. The keypad for entry was cool but didn’t always “wake up” when pressed. It sounds like the owners are aware and planning to fix these things.All that said, we plan to stay here again in the future!

A nice condo that deserves better care

The floors in the condo were dirty; the master shower was lined with black mold at the caulking. The tables and kitchen counter could have been better wiped down. Knowing this is a popular destination, I imagine there’s a lot of turnover. Looks like the cleaning service is falling down on the job. We received towing notices on our cars on day#3 - which was immediately addressed by our property rep - but left everyone nervous for our last 24 hours of vacation. Last but not least - suggest that management state that no linens or towels are provided, in the online listing. It was only apparent on the rental agreement. We won’t return to this property.

Great Condo!

The condo felt more spacious than the pictures show and you get a nice bayside view! It’s only a five minute walk to the beach/board walk and the property manager is very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
