This newer town home is only a short walk to the beach and the famous Ocean City Maryland boardwalk! This townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 11. The main bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full and the fourth offers a queen size bed with private full bath. Amenities include central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances and Corian counter tops in the kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, TV in 4 bedrooms plus a TV in the living room. Relax on one of the 2 private balconies. There is one assigned parking spot directly out front and a large garage for a second car with plenty of room for bicycles or beach items. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Ocean City shopping outlets, You're close to beach, food and fun!

Perfect for a large family, more than enough space, 4 bedrooms/bathrooms are perfect. There are 3 floors with stairs. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bring your own linens and paper products from home. You are at 12th Street in the middle of everything!

Great location a few blocks off of boardwalk. Was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay for three couples. Owner was incredibly quick to provide house instructions on day of check-in as well as answer questions throughout the weekend.

Great Friends Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and Joe was extremely helpful. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and about a mile walk from the inlet parking area where we spent most of our time. The open floor plan on the living room area was perfect for our large group to relax and fellowship together for meals.

Town home close to beach

The town home is at a great location to the beach and the bay. Had 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for the family. It's our second time staying here and would consider it for future trips to OCMD. We did have a few hiccups, but addressed with owner.

Good stay

The only downside to this property is that you have to bring all your own linens and towels, other than that it is great! Lots of space, parking and overall clean. Great for big groups.

Senior Week Rental

This rental was for Senior Week, and the property was comfortable, bright, well appointed and in a great location. The landlord was very communicative and organized - prior to, during and after the rental. Senior Week is a stressful time and the landlord handled everything with professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Ocean City

We had stayed in a similar unit near this property and we were happy to be able to book this one this year. It had the space and comfort that we needed for our family of nine. The unit is nice and very spacious. It’s also very close to where we like to set up on the beach, making walking there very convenient. There is a CVS just down the street which is very convenient when we just needed to run out and get some thing quickly. Plenty of places to eat right nearby as well. Definitely would stay there again
