Looking for a Northwest Denver neighborhood that is close to Highlands but away from the hustle and bustle?

Our cozy home is located in Chaffee Park, known to many as North Denver. We are situated in close proximity to I-70 on the outskirts of downtown. Think of a classic home with modern amenities, ample natural light, and comfortably outfitted to make you feel at home.
This is our home, and we share our space when we leave the town or sometimes we stay in the basement. You will have the complete privacy.

Lovely Stay!

The property was very clean and Naomi was very responsive. VRBO app was giving us both some difficulties but we figured it out :). She takes special attention to stocking the unit with supplies you may need, the snacks were a good touch. You should expect to drive most places, it's a neighborhood so not a ton of places in walking distance. Nice and peaceful.

Although the home is on the same property, guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Please let me know on what I can do to make your stay comfortable.
*** When we are in town we stay in the basement of the house. The top floor will be yours with complete privacy with separate entrance/exit.

This property has everything you need.
This home has a unique one bedroom and one bath full bathroom including full kitchen, office area and living room. Located just off of I-70 and I-25 in Denver (Chaffee Park Neighborhood) near Regis University, this property provides easy access to Denver, or any direction - 25 mins to Red Rocks, 6 minutes to Coors Field, 5 minutes to the National Western Complex or 10 minutes to the heart of Denver. Take I-36 to Boulder in just 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Because this is our home and you will see some cultural decorations from my Mongolian and my husband's French background.
