Free street parking is available nearby (first come, first served). Guests usually find a spot on our block or the next one within a minute or two. No permits or assigned spaces. Please follow city signage for street sweeping or temporary restrictions.

★ Check-In / Check-Out ★
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $45 administrative fee to help coordinate cleaning schedules and smart-lock programming (subject to availability). Unapproved late departures may incur a minimum $55 fee to ensure smooth transitions between guests.

Great place in an amazing neighborhood

We had a great weekend in Denver, thanks in no small part to this amazing studio! Well stocked & clean, we had no problem finding what we needed, including the helpful visitors guide. It was within walking distance of great places to eat, drink, & socialize. It's snowed all weekend & it was simply beautiful from the top floor where we had everything we needed & were plenty warm.

Amazing Denver Stay!

LoHi is a young, vibrant community with much to do. It’s a convenient stay after a Red Rocks show. This was a very well stocked VRBO and we enjoyed our stay!

Cute Studio, with everything you could need!

The studio was in a cute, safe area. I loved the private back deck. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need or have forgotten. There’s many things you can walk to locally. Within an hour drive to some beautiful trails and overlooks. The kitchen was stocked and I had everything needed to cook while there. The owner made sure we had everything needed and left a list of things to do in the area and distance from the condo which was super helpful! It was a peaceful place to help find myself. I highly recommend. I will be booking again!

Quiet, clean, and comfortable!

I really enjoyed the location of this property as it was walking distance to several great bars, breweries, restaurants, and cafes. The property itself is comfortable for 1-3 people, very clean and quiet. Easy plentiful street parking and the check in and out was seamless. No complaints!

Great location-walk to fun eateries and breweries

Perfect location for me visiting my family in the area. Didn’t need to rent a car. Large staircase to enter. Condo was equipped with everything I needed - good space for a single or a couple.

Fantastic location and stay

Tim provided a lovely home in one of the coolest spots in Denver. Lots of amenities in the place. It’s by so many good places to eat and drink. Not far from union station and central district too. Very safe to walk around as well.

Great place to stay

This is a great apartment in a great location. The apartment has 3 huge windows and a number of skylights that make it full of natural light. Also, it is in a very walkable area. There are like 3 pizza places within 2 blocks. We explored downtown Denver from the apartment using some of the Lyft scooters around the area. Very relaxing and nice place. Highly recommend.

Midwest born and raised with a degree in Electrical Engineering, I discovered my passion for travel and meeting new people back in 2010 when I swapped my 9 to 5 engineering role for a sales position in Scandinavia. That move sparked a decade of adventure across the U.S. and around the world, teaching me what truly makes a stay feel comfortable and memorable.

I bring that same engineering eye for detail and traveler’s mindset to hosting. Every property is prepared the way I’d want to find it myself: spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and easy to settle into after a long trip.

I have been hosting for over nine years and maintain a 4.98 out of 5 star rating on another leading home sharing platform. Consistency and guest care are my top priorities.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me snowboarding, cooking, or planning my next adventure. Favorite countries include Vietnam, Italy, Sweden, Japan, and The Bahamas.
