Your holiday home includes: - on the ground floor: a kitchen-living-room (with a fireplace and a small Alexa speaker), and a small storage room under the stairs. - upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) placed side-by-side, and a large bathroom with a bathtub (where you can also take a shower), sink, and toilet. Outside, you will have access to an adjoining 5 m² wooden shed containing firewood, two bicycles, and storage space for your own equipment. A paved terrace and gravel courtyard with private parking are also included. An electric vehicle charging station (up to 11 kW, Type 2) is located on the gable end of the house; the standard rate is €30/week, payable on site. You'll quickly fall in love with this house, whose granite pediment bears the date 1827. The interior restoration is beautifully done, creating a warm and charming atmosphere. And when you stroll around the grounds, the trees, flowerbeds, and diverse plants and flowers complete the picture. The wild Kerbors coastline, nestled along the Jaudy River, is yours to explore, as is the entire peninsula crisscrossed with hiking trails, including the ever-popular GR34, just 400 meters away. For a refreshing dip (depending on the tide), the Ile à Poule beach awaits, 800 meters away. In this land of prime market gardening and seafood, you can easily unleash your inner chef. For a taste of heritage, the charming town of Tréguier, just 9 km away, is well worth a visit, as is La Roche Derrien, 14 km away.
