Retired couples will love this exquisite, 1600 sq./ft. first floor unit in Bermuda Links, a gated community. Enjoy, Pickleball, Tennis and Shuffleboard or just relax around one of the 2, heated, pools (One Saltwater) and hot tubs. The one car garage and storage area is just a few short steps away from the front door. Entering this spacious unit you’ll luxuriate in the open floor plan and witness breathtaking sunsets over the pond from the large, screened, lanai that opens from both the [tiled] living room and kitchen.

Enter through double-doors into the large master bedroom with en suite, double sink, master bath and spacious walk in closet. Furnished With a Queen size bed, dresser and night stands. A 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, bureau, closet and direct (Jack & Jill) access to the second, full, bath.

Our beautiful clubhouse is home to the fitness center, billiard room, library and banquet facility.

Natures at it's best!

We spent 2 months enjoying this beautiful condo but more importantly we enjoyed the daily show outside. We were in awe watching the turtles, eagles, stork, egrets.............. incredible to watch. The location of this condo is perfect. Right smack in the middle of all our destinations. The community was also very neighborly and friendly. Wonderful season !!

Love the place!

We so enjoyed our stay: The condo was extremely neat and clean. The facilities were perfect for us. We loved the salt water pool and the large pool at the club house. The golf course was great…best score we’ve ever had! The workout center was fabulous! The Publix was in walking distance. Beaches and out to eat were within 5 miles! Friendly neighbors! Perfect!

We loved our stay at your nicely decorated condo. The lanai and pond were very relaxing and peaceful. Great bird watching. Convenient location to shopping and dining. Jeff was very responsive and provided awesome suggestions for beaches and dining. Would love to stay again❤️

Very nice condo in a great community and location close to many Bonita Springs attractions.

This was a very nice condo, well equipped, in excellent condition, and impressively clean. Located in the Bonita Fairways community, there are many amenities within the complex. Two heated pools, a very well equipped fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts and a nice executive golf course; short but challenging with a fair amount of water. The condo is located close to many nice restaurants and tons of shopping. We were just a short drive from several beautiful beaches. Naples and Ft Meyers are both just a short distance, adding to an already full plate of activities. The extensive information the owners provided prior to our visit made arrival smooth, helped us find nice restaurants and attractions quickly, and was very appreciated. Our Tropical Escape!

We enjoyed another 2 months in this spotless condo. It's close to any and all locations on our seasonal bucket list! The pool and grounds are always maintained well. Wonderful seasonal neighbors. Always a joy to arrive and open that door! The owners take pride in there property and keep everything well updated. They are a joy to rent from.

Favourite home from home

Just perfect location - peaceful yet close to all essential amenities - which is why we keep coming back. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoy being able to swim everyday at the pool. Met up with the neighbours and made new friends. Re-visited restaurants we love and discovered new ones. Played some terrific golf courses and at attractive rates. All of which makes it perfect for us.

The Great Escape!

We had a wonderful month at this immaculate condo. Wish we could have stayed longer. The health Club and Central pool were conveniently located. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. We met some wonderful people during our stay and are looking forward to seeing them again next year. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping were all in a short driving distance. We loved relaxing on the lanai and watching the wildlife by the pond. We're looking forward to our return in January!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!

We just love everything about it which is why we keep coming back. It really is "home from home" - even the neighbours look out for us. The location is ideal, the condo is well appointed , spacious and spotless. The Clubhouse has been attractively refurbished and the library is a bonus. You are close to a choice of beaches, shops, cinema and selection of restaurants. The choice of golf courses within reasonable travelling distance is amazing. There is always something new to discover and experience which just keeps you coming back. As for Geoff and Gayle the owners - we have never met them, but feel like they are good friends for life.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, open, quiet and rest-full condo. Lovely scenery with the lake and all it's abundance of wild life and the daily ritual of them catching their meals and sunning themselves. Ideally situated to Beaches, Ocean, Dining, Shopping and site seeing. Great pool area and golf course within a 5 minute walk. We talked with many other Friendly Snow Birds from all over the U.S.A. and Canada at the pool area. We definitely return.

Sandles and Sandtraps

We enjoyed our stay at sandals and sand traps. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a very desireable location, close to beaches and shopping. The golf course is well maintained and can be challenging. We would like to return to this condo if available next year.

Sandals n' Sandtraps

We just returned from spending two beautiful months at Sandals n' Sandtraps. Everything that the owner describes in the photos of their condo is correct, their property is beautifully maintained and comfortable. The view from the lanai is great with all kinds of water fowl to watch while you're eating your breakfast or dinner. The location is wonderful, very close to malls, restaurants and the beach. We went to almost all of the restaurants at the Coconut Mall and were very pleased with mostly all of them. The owners were very accomodating and helpful. We hope to spend some time here again.

Wonderful Experience

Sandals 'n Sandtraps is a phenomenal first floor condo in a quiet, upscale complex. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. Everything you could want is literally 10 minutes away, shopping, restaurants, the beach. I have already recommended this property to friends. I will definitely stay here again!

Great winter vacation - March 2010 at “Sandals and Sandtraps”

We had a great winter vacation for the month of March 2010 at “Sandals and Sandtraps” condo (in spite of the cooler than normal weather). The condo is nicely located in Bonita, close to everything, the beach, a great variety of restaurants, shopping, Naples, Everglades, Casino and much more. The condo is very clean and comfortable…..including an especially comfortable master bed. Exceptionally large master bath and walk-in closet. There is a good sized lanai off the living and dinning area, with western exposure over looking a small lake. There are two swimming pools, a smaller one sheltered by some of the buildings which was great for some of the cooler days. And a second resort style pool located by the golf course Club House. The golf course is open to the public and reasonably priced. They have nine hole scramble every Friday morning. Other residents, owners and visitors, were very friendly. There is a Tuesday pot luck night each week….. supposed to be appetizers only, but it‘s more like a meal. All in all a vacation condo we would recommend.

We live in Massachusetts and love to travel (The USA's National Parks and Italy - a favorite).
When in Florida Gayle enjoys workouts the fitness center in the clubhouse while I strike golf balls. Both of us love read, watch movies, lounge by the pools, stroll the nearby - beautiful - beaches, look for consignment shop treasures, photograph the local wildlife and visit the local restaurants and watering holes.
With luck, someday we'll be able to spend much more time in our SW Florida paradise!
