Awesome stay

This space was perfect for us! Walking distance to coffee and a brewery and an easy drive to great areas! The place was nice and clean with a great porch area!

Great Location!

The apartment was located in a quiet part of town, but very close to downtown and all of the attractions! Highly recommend. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable.

Nashville Beauty

Our stay was FANTASTIC!!! This home is very centrally located with regard to downtown and to Vanderbilt. The place is well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our needs and he insured that we were comfortable. I strongly recommend staying here - you will enjoy it!

Great, quiet neighborhood!

Everything was clean and updated. Easy parking. Neighborhood was very quiet and seemed really low key. Host was quick to answer any questions. Definitely keeping on our list for future visits.

Nice decor

Clean and nicely decorated. Alley behind was loud at night. Electric was out for an hour or so on last night but host had it turned back on.

Alley is never loud must have been a one off. Sadly I can’t do anything about the city damaging power lines but I did get someone out to fix it. Guest could have left it nicer

Cozy place

Property was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was safe. Great location for fast uber to downtown Nashville. One suggestion would be to add shelves in the closet or a dresser to unpack clothes. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great trip

The house was clean and spacious. We slept 4. It was great, we did have a slight hiccup with some workers cutting at 7:45 am. But, I spoke with owner and he was willing to work with us and communicate. Overall a good experience. I would recommend!

Very cute

Clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved it. Be aware that there are outside stairs. Not a problem for us but might be for someone else. Nice quiet neighborhood and short drive to just about anywhere you would want to go in town. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a very nice shower.
