We are so happy we chose this place for our stay. We were so central to everything we wanted to do (shops, restaurants, etc.). Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Will definitely be back!!

We booked with Jill at her property while catering and attending a regional conference in Nashville. The space was very clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay and Jill was a very responsive host. Less congested property in a secure neighborhood.

We booked a last minute weekend trip and couldn't have picked a better spot! Close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and the famous wing mural in the Gulch! My kids loved the clean, saltwater pool on property. The unit itself was stocked with everything we could need and exactly as pictured! The free garage parking was also a huge plus. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location to visit downtown Nashville and The Gulch. We walked most everywhere, but it is also a great location if you need an Uber. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Pool was filthy..(not on Jill)Kids partying all night down the hall on the last night...(not on Jill)...bed is comfy...bathroom door swing needs fixed ..could use smaller bowls, cups,..airfryers are popular these days, condo price more then previous year...but Overall...good location and Jill has been fantastic ...and we thank her

This place was fantastic for my husband and I!! The unit was spotless. It had everything we needed. Quality utensils, options for coffee, plentyof towels and washcloths. Many little details most don’t think of. The grill by the pool was great for making dinner. The pool was nice to cool off and relax. The bed was comfortable, loved the touch lamps with usb charging options in the bedroom. Only suggestion I have would be an end table by the couch. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions prior to our arrival. Really all good things to say!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Clean, well stocked, great location, and communication. I gave it a 4 star because it was a bit noisy in the building however they have security to manage things! Would stay again!

Nashville Stay

Great weekend getaway

This place was super cozy and comfortable for a weekend getaway or even a weeklong vacation in Nashville. You're close enough to all the fun but out far enough if you need some quiet. Loved the garage parking and access to the pool.Thanks for a great place to crash for a weekend!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for the SEC tournament. The condo was very clean and conveniently located! It was only a 12 minute walk to The Gulch or a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Weekend with my girls

We had a wonderful stay! Jill is a fabulous host and her place is beautiful! It's got everything you need to feel at home. We were able to rest and recharge. It was absolutely perfect! We will definitely come back and stay if back in Nashville! Thanks for a great time!

Great apartment very well position into Nashville

All was very nice, clean and new. Position is super to visit Nashville and around. Only 15 minutes from airport Walking distance to the Gulch area. Thanks Jill for your hospitality.
