Great location to visit downtown Nashville and The Gulch. We walked most everywhere, but it is also a great location if you need an Uber. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

This place was super cozy and comfortable for a weekend getaway or even a weeklong vacation in Nashville. You're close enough to all the fun but out far enough if you need some quiet. Loved the garage parking and access to the pool.Thanks for a great place to crash for a weekend!

Great Stay!

Clean, well stocked, great location, and communication. I gave it a 4 star because it was a bit noisy in the building however they have security to manage things! Would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for the SEC tournament. The condo was very clean and conveniently located! It was only a 12 minute walk to The Gulch or a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Weekend with my girls

We had a wonderful stay! Jill is a fabulous host and her place is beautiful! It's got everything you need to feel at home. We were able to rest and recharge. It was absolutely perfect! We will definitely come back and stay if back in Nashville! Thanks for a great time!

Great apartment very well position into Nashville

Awesome SEC Tournament Experience

The apartment was just what we needed. The property is a short walk/uber to the downtown area and also Music Row. The host was very attentive to the details and we had no issues with the property. Secure parking was a plus and the location afforded us not to have to ever drive our car. Would definitely recommend this property! Thank you!

Sweet little condo

This condo is not too far from all the action and is very nice and clean. Comfy bed and nice tub! New bar super close by too! $7 Uber to broadway. Jill is super nice as well!

Great location/clean

We just did a 3 day trip to explore Broadway, it was a perfect location, not right in the middle of all the chaos. Walking distance to the Gulch, Music Row, and Broadway. Broadway was a little further away but definitely doable. Took us maybe 20 minutes. Just walk straight up 8th the Right on Broadway. It was clean, had perfect amount of towels. No issues!
