Important Building Notice — May 2026 through September 2026

The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and plumbing improvements. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and progresses around the building in phases. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, including occasional louder repair work, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project.

Unit-Specific Work: Exterior work is currently expected at or immediately around this condo has been completed.
