these 3 words speak for themselves. Arrive and feel good, we want to make this possible for you in our beautiful apartment. We have personally incorporated our many years of experience in vacation rental into this project and are looking forward to welcoming you. Come in....

The beautiful 2-room maisonette apartment is located in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. You will reach the east-facing apartment on the 2nd First floor comfortably with the elevator. It is located at the end of the hallway, so that no noise is expected from the neighbors.

Through the hallway, with access to the first bathroom, you reach the spacious open, bright living room with fitted kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area.

From here you also get to the balcony, which - oriented to the east - offers you the morning sun in Sylt. The internal staircase leads to the bedroom, with access to a full and spacious bathroom. The large Loewe TV with the Telekom Entertain TV package is in the bedroom.

Based on our experience, we have furnished the apartment with high quality and loving care.

We look forward to hearing from you.

If you arrive by car, there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

So that you can find your way after your arrival, our info folder is ready for you in the apartment, which provides you with lots of useful information about the apartment but also about the island of Sylt and the surrounding area.

We would be happy if you describe your personal impression with a small statement in our guest book.

You will find the Cafe Mateika and the Weinhaus Schachner right next door - you can be on Friedrichstrasse in 3 minutes.

The nearest beach crossing on Käpt'n-Christiansen-Straße is 250 meters away.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet, und es gab sogar 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einem Aufzug barrierefrei erreichbar. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer innerhalb der Wohnung ist allerdings steil und eng, Die Lage ist super zentral, einziges Manko dabei war eine Bar in der Nähe, bei der bei schönem Wetter die Besucher bis spät in die Nacht in Feierlaune waren. Dafür ist es aber auch nur ein Katzensprung bis zur Fußgängerzone und an den Strand. Alles in Allem eine tolle Wohnung und ein toller Urlaub, wer allerdings absolute Ruhe will, sollte etwas weiter außerhalb buchen.
