A tinedda 2 - SARTENE
This 50 m² gîte is located on the ground floor of the owners' stone house, adjoining gîte 28562. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed and an en-suite shower room/WC (one step to access one of the bedrooms and the shower rooms) - An additional sleeping space is available in one of the bedrooms with a 90x190 cm sofa bed, at no extra charge. The gîte is located 50 m as the crow flies from the T40 road, set back from the road, and 185 m from the departmental fire and rescue station. - Private, wooded garden of 150 m² - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning in the bedrooms - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Combination oven/microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Hair dryer The Charm of the Stone at the Entrance to Sartène
