Paradise

Probably the best house in Sant Ambroggio, absolutely priceless views. The house has everything you need to spend a gorgeous time on the beach. We got probably the hottest week in human history and really appreciated the air conditioning in every room. Honestly very little that we could complain about (maybe lack of space for food and groceries, although the fridge is huge and awesome). We'll very likely be back, thanks!

Das Haus liegt in der Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang und hat als eines der wenigen Häuser ein Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus war bei unserem Einzug sehr schlecht geputzt, sodass wir erst einmal eine Grundreinigung vornehmen mussten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentin war schwierig, sodass wir mit dem Eigentümer Kontakt aufgenommen haben. Das funktionierte besser. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hat sich um unsere Belange gekümmert.

24 Uhr sind wir angekommen und wurden persönlich von Sandrin empfangen, das war toll. Leider spricht sie "kein einziges Wort" Englisch. Die Bucht und der Blick darauf waren grandios, allerdings auch immer sehr voll. Auch das Wasser war traumhaft.Die Küche war voll mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Leider waren die Sachen nicht sehr sauber, was sicherlich auch an dem Geschirrspüler liegt, der nicht gut funktioniert. Der Wasserkocher war innen braun. Insgesamt war es nicht besonders sauber. Spiegel und Müllereimer wollte man teilweise nicht mal anfassen. Handtücher vom Vormieter waren noch auf dem Wäscheständer und in der Waschmaschine. Die Betten hingegen waren bequem, die Matratzen wirkten neu und sauber. Die Badezimmer sind in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. In einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer sind die Fußleisten an einer Seite komplett verfault. Die Klimaanlage ist insgesamt alterschwach und in einem Schlafzimmer hat sie überhaupt nicht gekühlt und in dem anderen hat es modrig gerochen, hier sind auch die Fußleisten verfault. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer war aber super. Bei Ankunft hatte das Haus ein üblen Geruch, nach zwei Tagen war es besser und wir hatten das Haus etwas runtergekühlt. Obwohl wir vorher gefragt haben, gab es die Strandhandtücher erst nach zwei Tagen, da hatten wir bereits selber welche gekauft. Nach dem zweiten Tag hat der Eigentümer auf keine Nachricht mehr geantwortet. Bei 9,8 Bewertung waren wir wirklich überrascht

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, ebenso die Ausstattung und die sehr große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr positiv.

Très agréable maison avec une terrasse magnifique. La situation est idéale, avec une vue splendide et un accès direct à la plage. La baie de Sant’Ambroggio est un lieu parfait pour des vacances au calme en famille, où nous revenons avec toujours beaucoup de plaisir.

Emplacement exceptionnnel avec vue magnifique ! Séjour idyllique . Mériterait cependant quelques travaux de rafraîchissement ( sol , douches , …) et nettoyage en profondeur ( placards , huisseries , …) . Nous recommandons .

Avons passé un bon séjour. La situation est toujours fantastique. Avons eu qq soucis suite à la réouverture pour la saison (1er location après l'hiver) . La maison mériterait tout de même qq rafraichissements (armoires, douches, plinthes).

c'est vrai et on va s'en occuper. Comme le gaz va ou est interdit, on est obliger d' entièrement repenser les placards de l'entrée et le la chambre du milieu pour y installer une nouvelle chaudière électrique. bonne journée

Just Perfect!

We recently spent a week in this lovely beach bungalow - and just adored it! First, Jacques was a dream to work with, providing numerous recommendations for our trip and exacting instructions for our stay. Next, the area is fabulous! A small(er) cove beach right out front suitable for walking that is protected so the water is calmer. Not many beach goers in September despite perfect weather and the bungalows vegetation is both nice to look at and offers privacy from beach patrons. The surrounding area has shops, Algojola is just five minutes up the road with some decent restaurants and Calvi is just 20 minutes up the road and is loaded with markets and restaurants. We fell in love with the bungalow. Ceiling to floor windows in the LR and bedroom offered panoramic views. The openness made sure that you always had a view. The kitchen was fully stocked, as were the bathrooms and the bedrooms, while small, still had plenty of closet space and were big enough. As a couple we had plenty of space and had another couple join us for a night and still had good space. The unit has good WiFi, a washer, bathrooms are clean and comes with an outdoor grille and good deck furniture. If you are looking for a chill location with a perfect beach, this bungalow is it! Once we arrived, we absolutely did not want to leave! We also feel very strongly that we will return and rent this unit again both for the relaxed beach vibe it has and for its dramatic scenery which is breathtaking. Highly recommend it on all accounts!

Klasse Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage

Es ist schon außergewöhnlich von der eigenen Terasse nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer zu haben. Wasser und Strand (regelmäßige Reinigung!) sind sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft bietet mit einer sehr großzügig dimensionierten Terasse mehr wie ausreichend Platz. Die Aussendusche ist sehr dienlich. Das Haus selber ist mit den 3 Schlafzimmern gut mit 6 Personen zu nutzen und damit relativiert sich der Preis. Durch die versetzte Bauform der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Die Immobilie hat ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, was aber durch die fantastische Lage locker aufgefangen wird.

Séjour magnifique avec situation de rêve.

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines avec un soleil constant. La maison est conforme aux photos et rien ne manque. Le grand plus: la terrasse avec son aménagement. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain!!
