Beautiful house in the hills

Wonderful house for the family above Petrovac. Very friendly landlady, house is very well equipped. Car is required. Ideal for quiet days away from tourist traffic.

Die ruhige Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Pool und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer! Wir hatten unsere Hunde mit dabei, was leider zwischen der Agentur und der sehr netten Vermieterin nicht kommunziert wurde. Doch die Vermieterin kam uns hier sehr entgegen, nochmals Danke dafür! Für uns ungewohnt, waren die Überwachungskameras, diese wurden auf unsere Bitte aber auch umgehend ausgeschaltet. Alles in allen ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Montenegro für unsere Familie.

Why they chose this property

This property is special becouse of it's location. Villa is located on the hill above coast, 7, 8 minutes driving from town Petrovac. Surrounded by stunning nature I can enjoy in the amazing view of the sea and mountains. Petrovac is a beautiful small city on the Montenegrin coast, in which even the Romans built villas. Walking through the promenade surrounded by century-old pine and palm trees, you can enjoy every step.
I love this property becouse is above the Petrovac, an ideal place for family holidays. Excellent accommodation, a lot of extra activities, beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea water, playgrounds. Lucice Beach, Buljarica Beach and main Petrovac Beach with the fine reddish pebbles, are 3 perfect places for an excellent summer vacation. Small restaurants and bars offers a great service, right on the Adriatic coast.
Beside the location, villa is beautiful and spacious. Rustic design with high cealing are something I love so much. When you walk in front of the villa there is pool and dining area, that provides stunning sea view, and sea breeze. Villa offers two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Whole place is so bright and it feels like home.

What makes this property unique

First unique benefit of the villa it's the view. When you are outside it doesn't matter where you stand, you can enjoy the open sea view, coast view and greenery that surround the property. Especially I appreciate that view, while I'm enjoying the pool. Also while my family and I are preparing a barbeque, in front of us we have the sea in the palm of our hand. Benefits of this villa are also it's two bedrooms with windows, and in the morrning summer breeze is something I enjoy. It feels like you are waking up under a tree, but in the comfy bed. The living room is something that also stands out, becouse it's spacious, and bright.
