Exactly as described!

This was the perfect cozy suite for my stay. I came to town for my nephews graduation and Jason and Mindys home was close to everything while also being located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was equipped with all the ammenities needed and having a really comphy bed to sleep in was a huge plus! Will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you!

Absolutely charming property. Very clean, has all of the essentials, immediate response from owners. This is located in very nice, maintained and quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and relaxing. We plan on visiting again as my wife and I enjoy spur of the moment weekend getaways. Some people mentioned the small shower, but we did not find it small at all. Plenty of space. Highly recommend!!!

Mindy was easy to communicate with and responsive with providing directions and answering questions, etc. The unit was cozy and perfectly located between Franklin where we had an event and Nashville.

Slice of peace near Nashville

Wonderfully comfortable apartment close enough but far enough to Nashville. Located in a private, quiet neighborhood of Franklin. Car is needed to get to where you want to be but a quick and easy ride into Nashville. Franklin is also a great small town with great shopping and resturants. Loved Red Byrd coffee shop in close by Leipers Fork that is a must do for coffee lovers. Will be returning here on our next visit to Nashville.

Excellent upstairs Suite!!

This suite over the garage in a beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood is clean, great decor, and well supplied with some convenient kitchen basics. The owners are attentive and quick to respond. This was our first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. Also everything Franklin is easily reached within a few minutes. Kudos to our hosts!!

this is a very nice property, just a few things to know, the property is not as large as pics seem to show, but big enough as well. There are two sets of stairs, for us no problems my wife and I had no issues and we are in our late 60s but in good shape, anyway cute property, quiet nice location enjoyed our stay

Sweet Suite

Cute 1 bedroom studio suite. Nice place to stay if you just need a place to shower and sleep. I stayed here with my 25 year old son this last past 5 days while visiting my daughter who recently moved to Springhill. He slept on they sleeper sofa which was a tad uncomfortable but he’s a big guy. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Hot showers daily. I’d stay here again in the future.

Great location!

Convenient location to all the fun Franklin stops. Beautiful subdivision. Shower was smaller than I expected. I’m 5’1 110 lbs and my elbows were hitting the shower doors, but not a total deal breaker. Floor was also wonky, not level and cracked in major walkway. Mostly a cosmetic issue but our socks would catch which was annoying.
