In the village, near the owners' house, 40 m² apartment in a detached stone house including another gite. It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen - Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with adjoining shower room and WC Access by stairs for 20 meters - 18 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Barbeque - View of the valley and the sea in the background - Common swimming pool of 7.35x3.5 meters (depth: 1.4 meters), open all year round, secured by a protective barrier, and heated from 01/04 to 30/10. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to the persons specified in the rental contract. - Covered parking - Air conditioner - Washer dryer - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Connected television (Netflix access possible) - Wifi - Safe in the bedroom - Hair dryer Cottage with character with swimming pool and a view of the Ostriconi Valley in Urtaca, Balagne
