It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a sofa bed for one person - Shower room/Restrooms One child under 12 years old is welcome at a rate of €50/week, sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Access is via a 50-meter steep concrete driveway. - Private 9 m² terrace with garden furniture and sea view - Shared facilities with the two other rentals: garden with garden furniture, lounge area, and barbecue - Car park - Air conditioning - Washing machine in an outdoor laundry room - Combination microwave/oven - Freezer compartment - Television - The bed linen option (€25) includes bed linen and towels for two people Cottage with sea view between Ile Rousse and Monticello
