Never again
This was the most disappointing stay we have experienced. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS FOR THIS PROPERTY. There was so much wrong with the property, starting with the listing. All bedrooms were shown as having either queen or king beds, but when we arrived we found the third bedroom had bunk beds only and there was no curtain over the window that faced the road. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, lacking even a cutting board. The dishwasher was not bolted in place and was hooked up to a drop cord, which is surely a fire code violation. All the windows were screwed closed, surely another fire code violation. There were spider webs in the shower in the main bathroom, which did not have a door. We called the guest services number who told us to expect a text about our communication, but no-one ever called back. There was an issue with the keyless entry - it did not work when we returned to the condo that night. Another call to guest services eventually gave us a number to the top key box at the front door, which did not contain a key. The second key box had a key. Again, guest services promised that someone would be there the next day to address the issue of the missing curtain and to reset the keyless entry and again we were to expect communication by phone. No-one came to address the issue and no-one communicated with us - ever. Had I read the previous reviews, I would not have made the booking. Several issue have apparently been there since the property was listed.
