A very nice villa with capacity for 10 people. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two floors. Upstairs is air conditioning. The terrace is ideal for eating together. The pool (open from half May till end October) also has a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying a drink with each other. Wifi is handy to check email. In addition, a pet is welcome.

The space
Villa Sonni is a great holiday villa. There is room for up to 10 guests in five bedrooms divided between the ground floor and the first floor. Three bedrooms are en suite. The other two share a large bathroom with shower. Everything is nicely finished. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, a dishwasher and more. The living room on the first floor has a sofa couch and armchairs. The downstairs living room has two leather sofas and a dining table with chairs. Upstairs is a large plasma flat-screen TV. Downstairs is also a television with satellite reception. The air conditioning upstairs chases away the heat, if needed. Downstairs is no air conditioning because it is cool. The living room upstairs has access to a spacious terrace. One finds there a large dining table with chairs. The ideal place for a wonderful meal with family or friends. Downstairs you can walk to the pool in the backyard. On the ramp can is place for a car.

Guest access
The entire house, except closed-off rooms. The garden with the pool as well.

Please note the following important things:

Our wonderful cleaning team will be doing the final clean, which is not included in the price. We ask for a €175 participationt.
And if you're bringing your pet along, they're more than welcome for €50 per stay.
When you check out, please make sure the room is clean and tidy, and that the rubbish is put in the designated containers. Please also make sure the fridge and freezer are empty and clean.
Please feel free to take kitchen towels with you.
Bath towels can be ordered, too. Just pay on site and you're all set! 10 € per package.Bed sheets can be ordered. Just so you know, this will also need to be paid on site. It will be €16 per double bed.Please note that we do not accept groups under the age of 24.Tourist tax is payable on site. It's 2 € per person over 16 years, with a maximum stay of 7 nights.

**Smoking:**

- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
- You are welcome to smoke outdoors, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

**Air Conditioning:**

- Please use the air conditioning responsibly and turn it off when leaving the villa or when it's not needed.

**Kitchen & Appliances:**

- The dishwasher is available for your convenience. Please ensure it is emptied before your departure.
- Please refrain from using any kitchen equipment that you are unfamiliar with.

**Waste Disposal:**

- Please use the designated waste containers for garbage disposal.
- Kindly ensure the trash cans are emptied before your checkout.

**Checkout Procedures:**

- Please ensure the villa is left in a clean and orderly condition.
- All dishes should be washed and put away.
- The refrigerator and freezer should be emptied of all personal items.
- Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed upon your departure.
