This tastefully furnished terraced house offers a familiar living atmosphere and is centrally yet quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the marina and spa center. In just a few minutes, the Cliner Quelle with a new swimming pool, large playground and fitness facilities can be reached. The terrace with a small garden area and a stone barbecue invites you to a day out to dine with the family. A parking lot at the house and a garaging for bicycles are also provided.

No. 81 - Holiday House Deichstraße / near the marina:
The approx. 70m ² large and comfortable terraced house offers not only a spacious living room with adjoining dining area and a modern, open kitchen, the terrace also invites you to enjoy a barbecue on beautiful summer evenings. Additionally you will find a guest toilet. An open staircase with stair gate leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms (1x1 double bed, 1x2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All windows are also equipped with shutters, the floors with tiles. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Hervorragend mit Abzügen

Ein kuschliges, kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was benötigt wird und es wie ein zu Hause aussehen lässt. Was ich nicht erwartet - und benötigt - hätte: Fissler und Zenker Töpfe, Leonardo Gläser, Resch Porzellan. Was ich benötigt hätte: Fliegengitter, nicht durchgelegene Matratzen, Betten ohne Brett am Fußende, scharfe Messer, eine Grillzange, einen sauberen Grillrost, ein Haarsieb in der Dusche, ein Kehrblech, größere Mülltonnen. Die Anlage ist super sauber, die Hausagentur ist auf Zack wenn mal was nicht geht. Bis auf das Fliegengitter und die Betten sind die Negativpunkte Kleinigkeiten, die auf Dauer aufgefallen sind. Die Endreinigung könnte auch gewissenhafter sein, so dass keine dunklen Fußabdrücke auf dem Badvorleger sind, der Grillrost von Fleischresten des Vorgängers befreit und die Spülmaschine sauber sind. Das haben wir kurz zu Begin des Urlaubs gemacht. Kein großer Aufwand für mich, dennoch ist es aufgefallen. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir Nachts 28 Grad, bei den Kindern war es zum Glück kühler, um die 24 Grad. Das ist nicht machbar wenn kein Mückenschutz angebracht ist. Man könnte diesen im ganzen Haus günstig nachrüsten, dann kämen solche Temperaturen nicht zustande. 1,7 km zu Fuß zum Strand, das war sehr angenehm. Der Hundestrand ist leider viel zu klein für einen Touristenort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Moderne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, auch die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
