Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.40 meters wide) and a balcony, and the other with two single beds (which can be joined to make a double bed), accommodating up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi (ideal for working from home: works very well).

Reinforced outdoor electrical outlets for charging your car.
Outdoor shower (hot and cold water).
Reversible air conditioning.
Wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Dogs welcome! No cats allowed (the owner is unfortunately allergic).

Rentals are generally from Sunday early afternoon to Sunday at 10:00 AM, but it's also possible to rent for a few days during the week and on weekends outside of peak season (last-minute bookings).
Attractive rates for stays longer than 15 days outside of school holidays.
Monthly rentals are also available.

Water and electricity are extra (actual consumption is calculated).
Duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided, but linens (bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels) are not.

If you prefer not to bring your own linens, a fee of €60 will be charged for them. If the house is not left clean on your departure day, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged.

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
