美しいベルエアビーチのプライベートビーチで、メキシコ湾の壮大な夕日を見下ろすデッキに座っている自分を想像してください。 ユニークな2階建ての「ペントハウス」で、建物の最上部全体が周囲3/4のデッキを包み込みます。 朝のコーヒーを片手に座ったり、食事をグリルしたり、広大な東部12x24デッキで屋外で食事を楽しんだりすることができます。 南部の10x15デッキからは、プールを見下ろす景色を眺めることができ、ファミリールームまたは湾岸側の西の7x24デッキからは、メキシコ湾/夕日を一望できます。 ビーチまでは文字通り35歩です。 デッキはゲートされています。

寝室6が3つあり、2つのファミリールームの1つにソファベッドが2つあります。 新しく改造された2つのバス、大きな家具付きキッチン、6つのテーブル（葉のある8）のあるダイニングエリア、2つのファミリールームがあります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、セカンドベッドルームにはツインベッドが2つあり、サードベッドルームにはクイーンサイズの寝台ソファがあり、エアマットレスが組み込まれているのでとても快適です。 2番目のファミリールームには、別のクイーンスリーパーソファがあります。 バスルームには、地下鉄のタイル、大理石のカウンタートップ、熱帯雨林のシャワーヘッドがあります。 ユニットには洗濯機と乾燥機、食器洗い機付きの設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 Wifiインターネットとフラットスクリーンテレビが提供されます。 ユニット内のすべてが現代的で、ベッドは非常に快適で、きらめく清潔で明るく開放的です。

The beach and the sunsets were outstanding. We had a building in front of us but we still had a great view of the beach and sunsets and only a few steps from the sand. The beach was like sugar and very wide! We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the cozy kitchen and was able to find everything we needed from measuring cups to lemon squeezers! They had more than we had at home!It was dog friendly which was great but looked like no dog had ever been inside. You name it they had it…beach chairs, folding chairs, books, games, beach umbrellas, skim boards, lots of tvs, tents …. I could go on and on! We will be a repeat customer, foe sure!

The place was perfect! Great location, steps from the beach! Not crowded at all. Ellen was very helpful! The master bedroom was hot, but overall it was a great place! We would stay there again. Loved the neighborhood.

The Beach The Beach The Beach

The proximity to the beach is the best part about this property. Easy to come and go from the condo to the beach as needed. Close to amenities on a quieter stretch of the ocean front. The condo was well appointed and accomodated our party of 7 comfortably. Having the 2 seperate living spaces was an added bonus with teens and grandma's in the same space. Ellen as helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She even made recommendations for things to do in the area.

Nice location, seems to need some work done like doors need replaced. Nice ammenities like beach chairs available. Floors were recently redone and look nice. Kitchen definitely needs updated. Overall happy, but seems a bit overpriced for the level of overall condition of the unit.

Just as is advertise. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Still cleaning up from the storm last year. Plenty of room. We had seven ladies and and had everything we needed. Person in charge of the place is very good at getting back to you and helping take care of problems.We would pick it again

Great vacation, property is A

We stayed 5 days in this double unit on the beach. It is central to St Petes, Tampa, and Clearwater, we visited them all. We also stayed right at home, being on the beach was great. The condo has everything you need, and you ate minutes from Publix. Thanks so much!

Perfect place, lots of space

A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more "action". No restaurants or shops in walking distance, but we did not mind this. The condo is spacious with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed dinner if the board games provided. They are still cleaning up and repairing other condos from the last hurricane, so there was evidence of that, but it did not affect our stay.

Had a wondeful time at this property! Plenty of space for our group of 4 (could have accomodated at least 6 adults) and loved the beach access. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

This property was just what our family enjoys. The beach is busy but not crowded at all. Kids love the clean sparkling pool. Ellen is a wonderful host.

Beautiful beach getaway

The house was very cozy, everything we needed was provided and communication with the host was great. Easy access to the beach, the pool was nice as well. Parking isn't great but everything else was wonderful, looking forward to many stays in the future.

Just Perfect!

Great location, clean, comfortable beds and furniture, steps to the beach and pool. Gorgeous sunsets from the back patio. The owner was available to answer questions whenever we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 children (ages 23-9). The condo was perfect! Pool and ocean are both right out your door. Condo was VERY spacious and comfortable! There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would definitely book with Ellen again! Communication with her was great! Thank you!

I fell in love with the beauty of the area; the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Old Tampa Bay are magnificent. The size of the deck is very unique and having the entire top of the condo building gives a feeling of a private yard.
