Two FREE beach chaise loungers and umbrella are included seasonally from March 1st to October 31st. Enjoy the convenience of the beach in comfort without having to carry beach chairs from and to the condo.
It's all about location and the outdoor balcony. Spend your balcony time sunning or napping on the chaise loungers, enjoying outdoor meals with spectacular views and sounds of the waves crashing ashore, or sitting and sipping your morning coffee with some of best beach views available.
The living room includes balcony access, gulf views, wall mounted television, sleeper sofa, and two comfortable recliners for naps, watching tv, reading books, etc. Rest in comfort, relax, and let the stress melt away!
The kitchen and dining room offer stainless appliances, breakfast bar with three bar stools, and dining table that seats four. You have everything you need to prepare meals and serve your family and guests!
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, gulf views, and private access to your master bathroom with walk0-in shower. The guest bedroom is large and spacious and includes queen bed and dedicated access to the guest bathroom.
Ocean Reef is in a fabulous location with restaurants, mini-golf, go cart track, gift shops, donut shop, and grill with arcade all within walking distance.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
