Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is exactly as pictured. Location is great kinda in the middle of both ends of Panama. We had no trouble with the pool or hot tub being crowded. The outdoor sitting area on the balcony is wonderful. The only thing I would warn others about is the very tight parking area. I mean very tight.

We stayed here with our in laws and toddler baby boy. The condo was very clean and felt safe. We had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo

Our unit was wonderful, well appointed, clean, stylish. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The location is in the center of everything you could possibly want. The pool was beautiful the pool deck well-maintained I highly recommend this unit.

Great getaway as we ran from a hurricane!

The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable! We had a wonderful time. Even rain is beautiful on the beach! We will be back. Rylie was most helpful and was always there to answer questions and help us. Thank you for sharing your beach home!

Great Spot

Annual trip with friends and condo that we rented was perfect. Need to have luggage carts for this property. I was informed that they were removed after the hurricane.

Ocean Reef

When I booked this prompt, I didn't realize Panama City Beach was a hot spot for spring breakers, but I was pleasantly surprised that this property was actually more families. It was close to several attractions. The condo itself was perfect! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying here in the future.

Close to restaurants and fun things to do, but on the west side and away from the chaos. The large balcony was a wonderful retreat to watch the beach. Beautiful Condo

The condo was great, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. The balcony seating is awesome and we loved sitting out there. We had no trouble getting in the pool and hot tub (meaning there was not 100 kids in them ). The check in and checkout process was so easy and convenient. The only 2 downfalls to our stay is we drove in and have a 4 door dodge ram and the parking is very tight and I mean very tight. And the second is the elevators. There are 3 elevators and one of them didn’t work the entire weekend and then a second elevator went down on our last night there with ppl inside it and the fire department had to come and get them out. We didn’t notice any noise from our neighbors while we were there so that was a definite plus. We had plenty of clean towels and everything in the kitchen that we needed. The chairs and umbrella on the beach was great also and they had extra chairs and umbrellas in the room so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The full washer and dryer is always a plus.

Great condo for 2 couples!

Two king beds, comfortable LR furniture, and great options on balcony! Gorgeous views from balcony! We saw a big manatee and some other fish in ocean. Beach chairs being included was a nice amenity.

August 2020 Stay

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The view of the ocean from the huge balcony was breathtaking! Make sure you walk across the street to A'more Donuts . . they are amazing! Can hardly wait to come back next year!

A Great Place in a Great Location

The condo was everything we expected it to be. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The patio is exceptionally large with several seating/lounging options. We enjoyed drinks and lunches there, as well as viewing the beautiful sunsets each evening. The property staff we encountered were all happy and polite and they took care of the property every day, including cleaning the pool and hot tub. The pool, by the way, is very long and perfect for swimming laps. The beach was almost private, until the Friday of labor Day weekend and then it got a little more crowded; however, the main bulk of the crown were west of the beach in front of the condo building. We do highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

September 2019 Stay

Lovely location! Incredible beach! The condo had a few minor issues when we arrived but they were promptly fixed. The parking space is very tight. So beware if you have a very large SUV like a Tahoe or truck. There were ongoing renovations while we were there so it was quite noisy at times. So you couldn’t sleep in or nap in the afternoon except on weekends. The condo is large and well appointed just like the photos! And of course, the view is exceptional!
