Enjoy this turnkey single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath in Golden. STR Potential. Rustic style with modern updates. The home has a stunning oversized primary master bedroom, a new addition constructed in 2020, offering 14x14 feet of space, and with radiant heat flooring. A luxurious master bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. In the back living space, you’re greeted by surrounding glass windows that give the space light, views of the backyard, the covered patio, and newly added blackout blinds for movie nights. The patio is a newer 300 sq ft covered patio, it provides the perfect place for entertaining and morning coffee. Fenced yard, new side gates, and recently stained. The yards have over 100,000 lb. of terraced granite, sandstone walkway, an array of trees, and berry bushes. Trees and berries include Peach, Apple, Pear, Cherry, Aspen, Birch, Elm, Ash, Blue Spruce, Strawberries, Blackberries, Wild Plums, Mint, and Lavender. The Main attraction is a restored early 1900s Denver Trolley Car #377, which features a kitchen, second living space, main bathroom, and laundry room. This historic trolley once took passengers through the streets of Denver and Golden before retiring in the 1940s. Remodeled bedrooms in 2025 with modern finishes. Solid hardwood floors, solid wood doors, new roof, new siding, exterior paint, windows, kitchen appliances, 2 new sets of washers and dryers, and granite countertops. Also added: screen/glass doors, 1 new air conditioner, extended fencing for privacy, and blinds in the bedrooms. Shed for storage and surface parking, enough parking for 4-5 cars. Ring flood light and digital igloo keypad on the front door. Retrofitted for the Red Rocks Amphitheater concert goers and outdoor enthusiasts.

This house was perfect for three adult couples celebrating a 40th birthday! Close to Denver, Red Rocks, Golden…just a perfect location. Super clean and probably the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property for its proximity to Red Rocks, but it was also effortless access to highways for great day trips elsewhere. The host offered excellent amenities and was great with communication the little it was needed. We would definitely stay again!

The trolley house is absolutely wonderful. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need at a rental. The outdoor patio is amazing and comfortable and where we spent most of our time. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to red rocks and the mountains. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Perfect location for our day trips to Boulder, Red Rocks and Longmont. Close to breweries and restaurants. We took a nearby train to see a Rockies Game. 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths was perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean and stocked. Hope to return n the future!

This place was so unique and cute. We loved the brightly colored decor! It was well-appointed with everything we might need, including toiletries and snacks. We were grateful everything was unscented as a couple of us are very sensitive to fragrance. There isn't a dishwasher, just FYI. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood close to both western Denver and Golden. The host was very quick to answer questions right away. I'd recommend this spot!

Really cool place. The trolly that it is built around is very special. Great outside area. Nice rooms. Master bedroom is private. Clean and well stocked. Location was perfect for our Red Rocks concert. We Use Uber. Also close to Golden. Everything is a short drive away

Fabulous and fun place to stay

Everything is really lovely! Lots of fun surprises and the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen at an VBRO and we go to lots around the world. My husband wants our bedroom to be beautiful colors like the master. Thanks for sharing this beautifully done place with others. Every time I was looking for something in the kitchen, I could find what I needed. There were some snacks and nice coffee-grinder, French press, brewer available. Lots of towels and blankets and cute couches/ chairs. Temperature was very comfortable. Our family of 6 adults had a great time.

Cute, quaint and easy access to area attractions

The Red Rocks Trolley Stop was colorful and included anything a traveler might need. Furnishings and appliances were updated. Owner was helpful answering any questions. The outdoor patio was very inviting. The two AC window units handled the above normal temps pretty well - the 4 of us would stay here again.

Trolly Car Stay

What a great place to stay! The house was decorated so nice and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The back porch was great and sitting out there in the mornings with a book was perfect! If I travel back to Golden again, will definitely stay here if it’s available.
