About this property

We own and manage our condo. Cleaning fee included in rent. Always 28 hours or more between guests - no same day turnovers. Discounts for 7 or more nights. Minimum stays range from 3 to 5 nights. High speed internet. Condo layout follows. Our calendar is up to date.

The condo entrance is up a set of 14 stairs from the parking area. Inside the condo the main floor has king bed master suite with private bathroom; bedroom 2 has king bed, main floor bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen with breakfast nook, a dining area, a living room and a sunroom. The second floor of the condo has a full bathroom, Bedroom 3 with King Bed, Bedroom 4 with Queen Bed, Loft area with chairs and TV. More details of bedrooms and bathrooms are included in Amenities section. For extra comfort control, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Parking is limited to no more than 3 vehicles in summer. Four vehicles in non-summer months. Check rent totals for your dates to compare with other properties. Affordable luxury in beautiful Pointe Royale in Branson. Just a few minutes to 76 Country Blvd, Silver Dollar City, Lakes, shows, family activities, fabulous restaurants and everything Branson. Our beautifully updated large condo is well above Lake Taneycomo flood areas. Location on HWY 165, means you are close to everything Branson, yet away from the worst traffic areas. We are located a short walk to Lake Taneycomo and a short drive to Table Rock Lake, State Park Marina where you can rent a boat slip, rent a boat and other watercraft. Using Satellite photos, compare our Pointe Royale pool complex to other properties. You will see how large the complex is and the ample poolside areas. Our pool complex includes a large pool and very nice children's pool area. Also, there is a large indoor heated pool. Pool complex has women's and men's locker rooms, showers and bathrooms. During summer months, there is a Tiki Bar with drinks and light meals.
There are new lighted Pickle Ball courts with the Tennis Court next to the swim complex. luxury condo has many amenities including a great view of the Ozark Mountain hillside. Depending on the season there is even a view of Lake Taneycomo. A great yet economical place for four couples or for small group/family reunions, girls' getaway, or retreats. Within a short distance you can walk to swimming pools, restaurant, pro shop, golf course, nature walks and Lake Taneycomo.

Cozy beautiful view

Our state was very lovely and cozy. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for getting to anywhere that we wanted to go within a reasonable distance. The resort had great amenities with the pool and the tennis courts. The condo was set up great for a family where everybody could have their own room and still come together in a nice family area with a beautiful view. We ran into a couple little unexpected issues that happen for every homeowner, but the owners were fantastic and took care of it immediately. I would 100% stay there again. The condo owners were very attentive and provided quick resolution and the house was beautiful.

Wonder property! Fully stocked beautiful condo that was absolutely perfect for our family trip. The owner was responsive and helpful. She couldn't have been nicer! We will definitely rent this condo again when we visit.

Best Time!

To have a 4 bedroom condo, with three having king beds was awesome. Location was excellent which included a very short walk to Taney Como. Grandson caught his first Trout. Coordinating with the hosts were very easy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would stay there again. Thank you.

We love to visit the Ozarks in Spring and Fall. Such beautiful times. The rose buds and dogwoods are beautiful in spring. Fall colors in the Ozark Mountains are so amazing. Also, In the spring and fall, the summer crowds and traffic are absent.

All attractions are family friendly and Branson residents are super nice. Many new great attractions for families are added every year. Our grandchildren love it here.

Christmas shopping in Branson is fantastic. So many great stores. Our favorite is the Tanger Mall but the Branson Landing is great too.

Why they chose this property

The Pointe is close to everything and actually in the City of Branson. Pointe Royale is beautifully landscaped and close to Branson's attractions yet out of the worst traffic areas. Many of the newer developments are buildings surrounded by concrete/asphalt with little open space or are several miles from Branson in other towns.

What makes this property unique

Many extra amenities. We continually update our condo. Our favorite area is the sunroom with a great view of the Ozark Mountain hillside and is a restful place to have our morning coffee. We have updated air conditioning. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and open areas. All of our 4 beds are European Style for extra comfort and no lost items under the beds. A in the loft, is a den seating area with chairs and a TV.

Some condos in Branson experience flooding - our condo has never flooded and sits well above Lake Taneycomo but is just a short walk to the Lake. My husband frequently plays golf at the beautiful Pointe Royale golf course.

Many who stay at our condo like to fly fish and like our condo location next to Lake Taneycomo's upper reach where trout are stocked. Within a short drive is a shoppers' paradise - outlets malls, the wonderful Branson Landing and old downtown Branson. Of course, Branson is famous for shows. Some guests go to as many as 3 shows per day - with over 100 shows to choose from, you can never see them all. There are so many things to do in Branson. Bring comfortable walking shoes to explore or have a relaxing book reading get away, but either way, have a comfortable well appointed place to return to at night! We look forward to having you!

There are great trails within 5 minutes of our condo. The paved Table Rock Lakeshore Trail begins by the Visitors Center near Table Rock Dam. The difficult White River Valley Trail System is a favorite for hikers and mountain bikers. Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area is also a challenging set of hiking trails.

Our beautiful pool complex has indoor and outdoor pools plus the outdoor children's pool. The indoor pool is open all year and the outdoor pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
