- Did not meet our expectations compared to what we felt was presented in post- Acceptably clean, but some wear and tear damage on walls and trim. - Some lights were out, light covers missing, etc.- Bed sheets were clean, but some bed spreads had some old, light stains of some kind (but bed spreads appeared washed)- Some chair cushions had light stains- Front door jamb and lock was damaged which caused us a security concern, but lock was functional and did work- Screen door was bent and did slide but would not close fully at top leaving a large gap.- Front steps railing left side had some rot and was wobbly- Our guests did not end up staying there, primary because of concerns with the front door jamb and lock, but again, while damaged, the lock was working.- Because no one stayed there, we requested a refund for a cleaning fee, but the host was not receptive to this discussion.
