Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjĂ€hrig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und WĂ€ldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer GaststĂ€tte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. GenĂŒgend ParkplĂ€tze vorhanden. GaststĂ€tte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der RĂŒckseite.
Komfortable, helle, ebenerdige Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung 55 qm im Erdgeschoss. Wohn-/Schlafraum mit gemĂŒtlicher Essecke, ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Telefon, Internet W-LAN und SAT-TV. Extra Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Extra KĂŒche mit Mikrowelle und 4-Platten-Herd mit Backofen. Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC. Schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel.

Wunderbare Umgebung! Etwas fĂŒr Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber. Leider hat die GaststĂ€tte geschlossen und steht zum Verkauf. In der Ferienwohnung wardie SpĂŒlmaschine defekt. Die Vermitter haben sie zeitnah ausgetauscht und das schmutzige Geschirr gespĂŒlt.Wir können die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.
