Functional and welcoming, it includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a private shower room and toilet, perfect for a couple's getaway. Nearby, explore Toulouse and its historic center, the Cité de l'Espace (Space City), and the medieval village of Verfeil. The owners live in the adjoining part of the house; you will share the garden and swimming pool with them. There is no extractor hood in the kitchen. A small combination dishwasher/washing machine is located in the utility room, next to the fridge-freezer. Two electric vehicle charging points are available in the village, 100m away.
