Located two blocks from the Ocean, and directly across the street from a beautiful Riverside Park. Watch abundant wildlife as you walk along the river, or stroll along the pier. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in a rocker outside your door. Restaurants, Gourmet Grocery, Post Office and library all within walking distance. Enjoy all that the “Space Coast” has to offer, while you escape the crowds and unwind in the tranquility of our quiet residential community.

What a great place to stay. Mark and Kathy have a wonderful place with all the amenities you could ask for (beach chairs, towels, fully prepared kitchen, laundry, and much more). I stayed here for an extended stay due to relocating; the proximity to the beach, park, and pier made this a great place to explore and experience the calmness of Melbourne Beach. Highly recommend!
