This property was perfect for our family get away to Lake Havasu. There was plenty of parking for our boat, and it was close to the lake for launching. The house had everything we needed and plenty more. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were spread out providing some privacy. Lots of amenities for entertainment on the property, so no one ever got bored. It was a great house for a large family get together. We had 8 people, and there was plenty of room.

Loved our stay here. The floor plan is so open; plenty of space. My kids loves the pool and I loved the hot tub😊 This was our first time at lake Havasu and I hope we can come back to this same house. Good family retreat

This 4- bedroom was clean, lovely, and well-stocked. Emily the owner was highly responsive to any requests. The game room, putting green, pool, games (corn hole!), and large dining table made it enjoyable place to just hang for our family. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and check out requirements are easy to comply. It is in a developed neighborhood, so neighbors are close and noise/parties prohibited.
