Plenty space for rest and relaxation in Florida style, located in a nice, quiet area of Palm Coast. The outdoor area is fully fenced, which guarantees privacy and peace. About the space
This house is quiet and relaxing in an amazing neighborhood. The house has a brand new swimming pool and a children's fountain with colorful lights. There is a lot of space to relax by the pool. There is a couch in the corner by the pool where you can relax, lie down on the sun loungers and read a book on the swing chair. There is a large table with 6 chairs under the roof, so you can be there even in the rain. Inside the house there is a living room and a large kitchen where you can make yourself a drink, coffee or dinner. The kitchen has a large island with 5 chairs, but extra chairs can be added. There is also high chair in the garage if needed. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed with a 50 inch TV and walk=in closet. The third bedroom has a full bed with a closet. There is a HYPERBOOM in the living room that you can listen to at home or outside by the pool with your favorite music. There is a high chair in the garage and pack n play. In the garage you will find everything you need for the beach, a cooler, sun chairs, toys and more. You can also find 3 bikes with helmets so that you can explore the bike trails around the Palm Coast. A small, quiet Palm Coast town that is located close to beautiful beaches. From the house you have 15 minutes to Flagler Beach and 25 minutes to Matanzas Beach. Two different beaches and definitely worth seeing both. There are many attractions and restaurants on the beach. From Palm Coast to Orlando you have an hour and a half drive where you can visit all the Disney parks. You are only 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway, An hour away from the Kennedy Space Center, and to visit the oldest city in America, St. Augustine only 35 minutes. In Palm Coast you have a lot of cycling and walking paths - over 125 miles of them and many famous restaurants (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Hooligans, etc.)and shops(Publix, Walmart, Target, etc.)
When you come home after a busy day you can relax in the salt heated pool which looks amazing at night with its fountain and colored lighting while listening to your favorite bluetooth music
