Juste à un pâté de maisons de l'océan, profitez du soleil sur la plage ou détendez-vous à la maison dans votre propre piscine. Profitez de votre propre escapade privée zen sur la véranda arrière, puis faites un plongeon dans la piscine, avec une fontaine de dragon chinois. A l'intérieur, vous avez 1800 pieds carrés d'espace pour se détendre et se blottir dans un bon repos. Chacune des chambres est à des angles opposés de la maison, offrant un maximum d'intimité. Il y a deux bains et demi, et quatre lits. Une chambre contient un lit superposé et un lit escamotable, tandis que les autres chambres sont équipées de lits king-size. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert et 10 'plafonds, plus deux ensembles de portes françaises qui s'étendent à la véranda, vous avez tout l'espace dont vous avez besoin pour se détendre.

Beautiful!

The best family vacation

We had the best time! Everything we ever needed was available. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a short walk. We are already thinking of ways to go back, and we sure will in the future. Highly recommend!

Relaxing get away

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was clean and had alot of essentials that we needed. The private pool was the best! We were in there quite a bit. Location was great, 8 minute walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Erin for the wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach House

My family had a wonderful week at the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was comfortable and very well stocked. The pool and lanai were perfect after spending the earlier part of the day at the beach, and we loved being able to enjoy the pool after dark as well. My four year old granddaughter really enjoyed playing with all the kids’ things in the garage. This home is a perfect vacation home for families!

Fantastic Beach House

Loved this house!! Clean and fully stocked with everything needed, plus more. Owner is super nice and responded right away when I had a question, also left great recommendations to local entertainment and restaurants. My family and I had an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to book again for next year. I would highly recommend this beach house!!

Great Vacation

This was our third time staying at Erin's house. As with past visits, the house was well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. The best part was the short walk to the beach which was never crowded. We had a great time spending the day at the beach then coming home to enjoy the private pool. No issues at all.

Thank you for staying with us Matthew, again our apologies that the pool portion of the stay wasn’t perfect. As you know, I immediately contacted the pool guy to come when I learned he skipped his cleaning. Normally, I receive photos after each pool cleaning, but with my mother nearly dying in Ireland that week, I failed to notice I didn’t receive the photo. Please understand this is an anomaly and not how we conduct business. I believe in second chances, which is why I didn’t fire the pool guy immediately.

Home & pool were very clean. Beautiful interior design. It was better than staying in a Five Star Hotel. Communication with Property Mgr. was excellent. We will definitely be back. We live in North Florida not too far from Palm Coast..this will be our special place.

Sisters retreat

My 3 sisters and I stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and spacious. The pool was very relaxing, we bbq’ed fish one night. Took a day trip to St Augustine, (would have liked more time there, a lot of history). We had a beach day at Dayton beach. If in the area again. Thank you Erin for a beautiful place! Beach Retreat

We had a very comfortable stay. Comfy beds and furnishings, lots of toys for kids, refreshing pool, well stocked kitchen including a brand new air fryer, and plenty of beach necessities all made for a restful and truly enjoyable experience. The beach was very quiet and felt almost private. We met some wonderful neighbors who warmly welcomed us. Washington Oaks Park is just across the street offering shaded and flower filled walks with a inter coastal river view. A Publix grocery store is near by along with many restaurant options. Thank you Erin for sharing your wonderful beach home with us.

Wonderful getaway!

This was a perfect staycation for my husband and my seven year old daughter! The house is beautiful and we could’ve easily had another couple and their child stay with us! Everything you could imagine you would need is in this house. It is all very detailed, and very thought out. There are several restaurants to choose from. We had pizza delivered with ease, as well as Instacart. We enjoy the pool and all the amenities and loved walking to the end of the street to see the sun rise. Look forward to coming back soon!

Our Trip to Palm Coast Florida

What a great rental! It was very clean, had a great room set up, and an amazing pool area that was very safe for little children. The house is in a fantastic location to get to the beach. Its close enough to walk there. The beach had very few people there which was awesome! We felt like we had our own private beach. The other thing we loved about the house was how stocked it was. There were toys for littles in the garage & the kids bedroom as well as pool toys, umbrellas for the beach, a wagon if you wanted to walk there with all your stuff & even chairs for the beach! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful.

Definitely one of the nicest properties rented through VRBO. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool was bigger than expected and the beach a short walk to the end of the street. The beach was very private and it is an ocean beach so caution in the water is important even for adults. We were new to this area so spent a lot of time exploring, it is a quiet area but close to a lot of places to visit.Plenty of walking and biking areas and St Augustine is only 30 minutes away straight up A1A, we went up twice as there was a lot to do. Erin was a great host and quickly answered all our questions and had suggestions for where to go and where to eat.. Hoping we will be able to return for another visit.

Very nice stay

We - family of 5 and grandpa - had wonderful weeks in this vacation home. The house is very well equipped - in addition to washing and cleaning products, even the usual kitchen utensils such as spices, coffee and tea were available. Beach utensils were of course also available. The outdoor area is very nice and laid out so that you can use it regardless of the weather. The children loved the pool. We like to spend our vacations in quiet surroundings. The beach is within walking distance and the next bigger hotel is only on the horizon. Shopping and restaurant options are nevertheless plentiful. Try the ribs at Captain's BBQ and don't miss the crab cakes at A1A Fisheries. Thank you Erin for being our host!

Great place for family

We stayed here with a 9, 7, and 5 year old and had a wonderful time! The pool was good size for those ages, the place was clean and stocked with pool toys, beach supplies, etc. Would recommend!

Nice week long getaway

The price for the weekly rental was a great deal. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was a 10 min walk. We took the 30 min drive to St. Augustine 3 of the days and also enjoyed the city. We would certainly consider staying again. Sorry to the property owners that we forgot to remove the trash bags from the kids bedroom windows to keep the sun from waking them up :)

A beautiful piece of paradise

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Erin is an amazing host and ensured we had absolutely everything we could want or need. The property is beautiful, the location exceptional and the backyard felt just like being in our own little oasis. Not to mention we were only a short walk from the ocean! Highly recommend!!! Perfect spot and space

This house is perfectly located in a very quiet well-maintained neighborhood less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The house itself has a wonderful layout that gives all the bedrooms some privacy. The pool area is marvelous, and the house has all amenities and everything in stock.
