From the entrance, you discover a spacious, bright living area with an unobstructed view of the port and the Kermorvan peninsula.

A first space welcomes a fully equipped kitchen, open onto the dining room. This features a large table and chairs for six people, as well as a three-seater sofa and numerous storage spaces.

A second, more intimate space is dedicated to the lounge. It is furnished with a convertible sofa and a flat-screen television for your moments of relaxation.

A desk corner equipped with a chair and workshop lamp is also at your disposal for remote working or reading.

Sleeping area

• Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair.

• Bedroom 2: two 90 cm single beds, chest of drawers and storage shelves.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, heated towel rail with fan, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The toilet is separate.

The apartment benefits from an exceptional location, just 500 metres from the fine sand beach of Portez and 400 metres from the landing stage, the departure point for crossings to the islands of Ouessant and Molène as well as magnificent sea excursions.

Local shops, delicatessens, restaurants and crêperies are accessible just a few metres away. You can also enjoy the weekly Tuesday morning market and discover local specialities and regional produce.

Located on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet and secure residence, this bright 76 m² apartment offers a privileged setting in the immediate vicinity of the coast. The only accommodation on the landing, it guarantees peace, tranquillity and privacy. The lift serves the 2nd floor; a few steps then allow access to the apartment.

Kitchen equipment: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker, a blender.



Parking: You benefit from a dedicated private parking space in the basement, accessible via a secure gate with remote control. The lift connects the garage directly to the residence for optimal comfort.

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.
