The Baltic Sea beach is only approx. 200 m away. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is at your feet.

The one-room apartment with a comfortable wall bed, balcony and open kitchen offers space for 2 guests. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a dining table with 2 bar stools. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the east-facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available free of charge in the basement. There is also a solarium in the basement, which can be used for a fee.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LCD flat screen TV with DVD player invites you to enjoy exciting film evenings. A stereo system with radio / CD function is also part of the entertainment.
