In our comfortable holiday apartment in a dream location at the foot of the Staufener Schlossberg,

You will find a spacious, light-flooded, lovingly and modern designed living / sleeping area with TV, radio, W-Lan.

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cozy dining area.

In this there is nothing missing.

You will find everything, starting with A = like aluminum foil, over N = like Nespresso capsule machine, to Z = like citrus squeezer.

We have books for our guests to read, information about the region, maps and hiking suggestions.

A bathroom with shower 80x120, toilet, hair dryer, magnifying mirror and towels in sufficient quantity.

Enjoy the sun all day on our newly designed terrace surrounded by fragrant roses, lavender and other flowers.

Switch off by making yourself comfortable on our garden furniture and just let your mind wander

Have a good glass of wine, or read a book from our small library.

Our house is quiet in a dead end street at the foot of the Staufener castle.

You have 3 minutes walk to our city, to shop, stroll, coffee, good food.

THAT IS HOLIDAY

We offer our guests free use of bus and train with the KONUS guest card.

Eine Woche Staufen.

Wir freuten uns wieder auf ein Woche in Staufen.Anfangs waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht, weil es nur eine Terrasse gab und keinen Garten.In der Info war nämlich sowohl die Rede von einer Terrasse als auch von „Garten“.Der Garten war nur ein Blumenrand (mit übrigens wunderschönen Blumen).Wir hatten uns,obwohl das Apartment sehr klein war,schnell eingelebt.Die Vermieter waren nett,hatten gute Tipps, bis die Vermieterin meinte uns zur Rechenschaft ziehen zu müssen.Wir wären nicht ordentlich, überall lägen Sachen herum,das Apartment würde nicht genug gelüftet.Das alles könnte sie nur wissen wenn sie drinnen gewesen wäre.Am letzten Tag,bei der Hauskontrolle, als wir sie darauf angesprochen haben verneinte sie,dass sie drinnen gewesen wäre.Alles in allem hat sie für uns unsere Privatsphäre nicht respektiert und wir möchten auch nicht als Kinder behandelt werden.Sehr schade ,dass es so gelaufen ist. Stilvolles Apartment im Hause freundlicher Vermieter

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem stilvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und in der Küche finden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien. Das Haus befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt des schönen Städtchens Staufen. Die Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Also 5 Sterne ohne Einschränkung.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Das Appartement ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und gut durchdacht. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die kleine Terrasse ist zur Straße gelegen aber durch den Rosengarten dennoch gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Wanderungen, Restaurants usw. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Ort und am Bahnhof. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Gartenhaus unterstellen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub im wunderschönen Staufen.

Sehr schön. Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse. War sehr ruhig. Man war in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß im Ort. Schöne Gegend. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Hatten tolle Wandertips parat. Gerne wieder.

Idylle in Staufen

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage: man kann gleich vom Haus aus eine Wanderung in die Weinberge oder den Schwarzwald beginnen und ist zugleich in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt von Staufen. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin und ihrem Mann herzlich aufgenommen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Einraumwohnung, ausreichend für 2 Personen, sehr sauber. Herzliches Willkommen, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Etwas irritierend ist die Angabe (1 Schlafzimmer) da es kein separates Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Apartment ist durch einen Raumteiler in Wohn und Schlafbereich aufgeteilt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts. Angenehme,nette Vermieter. Das Städtchen Staufen absolut sehenswert. Überall kann man gut Essen und Trinken. Alles war ohne das Auto zu bewegen in Staufen gut erreichbar.

entspannter Urlaubsgenuss

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Fuße des Schlossberges und es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Der Empfang und die Betreuung während des Urlaubs, durch die Familie Volkmann, waren sehr gut. Es gab immer wieder gute Tipps für Fahrradausflüge und entsprechende Gastronomie. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen hat der herzliche Empfang der Gastgeber. Immer ein freundliches Wort bereithaltend, aber nie aufdringlich ergab sich die ein oder andere nette Plauderei mit wertvollen Tipps für Wanderungen und Gastronomie. Das mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Apartment lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Alles ist gepflegt und auffallend sauber. Nicht nur wegen der ruhigen Lage haben wir in dem komfortabel ausgestatteten Bett sehr gut schlafen können. Das Apartment Rosengarten ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für den kurzen Spaziergang ins Städtchen sowie für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Bereits jetzt freuen wir uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Appartement mit Komplett-Ausstattung und neuem Bad (große, ebenerdige Dusche!). Ideale Lage, kurze Wege zum Stadtkern und Bahnhof, aber auch direkt an der Burg und den Wanderwegen. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber, die uns während unseres Urlaubs liebevoll umsorgt und mit guten Tipps zu Ausflügen und zur Gastronomie versorgt haben.
