We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. Lots of room for our family of 4. Clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Nice get away from our day to day busy business...The Unit had the 3 primary things we look for / demand -Clean, Quiet and overall Great location.... 5 days excluding one day we went to beach which was all of 10-12 min drive, other than that we Parked the car at check in and never touched steering wheel again until checkout..... easy walk to Everything / historic Dwntwn area...Chad / Iris Calico Ft Lauderdale
Had a very nice stay here! It was our first time in St Augustine and we are SO happy we found this place. This was so close to many restaurants and historic sites that we walked to. The washer and dryer are a nice add as well as the backyard and parking spot. Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean which we appreciated. The host was very responsive as well! We will return!
Very cute and clean apartment. Walking distance to historic downtown with lots of shopping, dining and coffee shops. My husband and I had a great getaway in St. Augustine and a big part of that was the cute and comfy apartment to return to each day.
The place was beautifully appointed . Everything was fine. However, some of the windows were unlcocked. And we got locked out because the key pads had dead batteries. These were minor interrruptions - we were able to lock the windows and when we reached out to the host he responded quickly. The location is great and the neighborhood seemed very safe. Great weekend.
Perfect location in historic downtown and close to the beaches. Very clean condo & nice decor. King bed was very comfy too. Great communication from the property owner and we truly had everything we needed to enjoy our anniversary. Would highly recommend this or any property by Stella!!
Nice to have a parking spot in this busy town, walkable to restaurants/bars/Lightner Museum. Beds were comfortable, W/D new, nice kitchen. We have stayed in Units 6 and 9 at this location and both are very nice. Recommend.
My second stay at this great property! I love its proximity and walkability to breweries, restaurants, downtown historical sites, etc.but without the crowds and noise. The property is nicely decorated, appointed, comfortable, and safe. I’ll def be back!
The condo was easy to find and access. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable.It’s within easy walking distance to sites and restaurants within old town.
When we return we’ll look at staying here again. The host was very responsive.
Walkable to many attractions. We did drive to some areas. The host was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Nice to have a kitchen. Loved our St. Augustine vacation.
This property was as advertised- walkable to the historic area (even for a 7 and 10 year old), easy parking, good size kitchen for prepping a few meals, and space to spread out after a day of sight seeing. We did have an issue with the AC, but the owner was quick to respond. All in all I would recommend this property to other couples or small families looking for a great place to stay while checking out St. Augustine.
I stayed in this building a year ago and loved the location near all historic sites in a quiet neighborhood. It is well furnished and clean. This unit had a few steps to enter. Aside from some random noise at night from neighbors which would be difficult for the owner to control, it was well worth it and I would still return.
We stayed two nights at this apartment. It was very clean, parking was easy, with easy walking distance to town. As a frequent vacation renter and former host I am accustomed to finding a Welcome to our Home binder. Now apparently this information is sent in an email. Val, the rep from Time Off Rentals was easy to reach by email.Here are a few suggestions for future guests: other than coffee filters , a few coffee pods, and salt and pepper the apartment had no pantry items: no olive oil, vinegar, paper napkins, or dish towels . Pots and pans were ok. Otherwise, the apartment was fine.
Our condo is a beautifully renovated, welcoming space. Safely walkable community. The building is at the end of Cordova so no overnight road or pedestrian noise. Our only challenge was parking as each unit is assigned one space. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again.
Location is very good, easily walkable to the historic areas. The place was very quiet and clean. It does smell a little musty, so if that bothers you, we adjusted to it. They did have a dehumidifier running to help. The only negative I would have is that it took a couple days to get a response for early entry and it was too late at that point. She did apologize.
The condo was very nice great location. Very clean only problem was with the ceiling fan not working in the master bedroom and the wifi would not work.
Otherwise accommodation were very nice. Beds slept very well and so convenient to the historic areas of St Augustine. Very safe neighborhood. We didn't use our car at all.
