We had a wonderful time at Halls GapOur accommodation was excellent it met all our needs and expectations. The property was large enough for 6 adults and 3 children to stay comfortably, it was walking distance to shops,restaurants and playground for the children. We highly recommend Cheeky emu

Wonderful modern house in town with beautiful views.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, from booking to check in was easy. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful stay with family. We would stay again.

Fantastic house and location

We were very impressed with the house, location and wildlife in the area. We saw Kangaroos, Emus and Rosella's close to the house which was great for the children. The Zoo was great and there were a couple of wineries in the area. Lovely place for walks and the views of the Grampians hills was great

Fabulous house with lots of room

The house was airy, bright, very well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely garden with bonus kangaroos. Our family really enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the high chairs and amenities. Great location too.

Halls Gap getaway

We had a fantastic weekend. Location of property was great. We had 10 guests therefore this property accomodated us well. My only complaint was cleaning was not perfect Bathrooms need bath mats and maybe some hand towels.

Amazing accommodation for family xmas

Booked this house so that our three families could stay together over Xmas. The house had everything we needed- the kitchen had all necessary equipment to prepare xmas dinner and a large enough fridge to accommodate the fresh foods. The house is large and air conditioned, with room for the kids to play, plus a pool table and board games. The back paddock allowed the kids to ride their new battery operated motorbikes and the dog to happily chase them around. Large outdoor table - positioned so that you don’t get cooked in the afternoon sun allowed us all to sit around xmas day and relax. Beautiful views of the grampians and mobs of kangaroos topped it off. Hosts were brilliant and even tracked us down a xmas tree so that Santa had somewhere to put the presents. We had a great stay- couldn’t fault it, definitely would stay here again.

New property, spacious and great location

No privacy from neighbours as properties are very close to each other and open backyard with no privacy screening. Neighbours monitor and report back to hosts. Advertised as pet friendly, however pets not allowed inside the house and no fenced in backyard, pets can run out on to main street and on coming traffic. Note: check bed sheets as ours was not laundered.

Family Get Rogether

This house was perfect for our family catch up. Fantastic location so we could walk to shops and restaurants. Th kids loved the bunk beds and got very excited to see Kangaroos, Deer and bunnies out the window each morning. The house was beautifully designed and furnished with everything you could possibly need.

Modern home

Easy to book and communicate with hosts via the stayz app although slightly glitchy when trying to respond to messages. Very clean, spacious and modern home, easy stroll from town centre but quiet, and set against a spectacular backdrop of cliffs. Quality appliances throughout. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Pool table, multiple TVs with Netflix etc to keep any boredom at bay. Note- pets are not allowed indoors.

Birthday weekend away

Wonderful weekend. Amazing house, great layout for a couple of families. Hosts were so accommodating with anything we needed. Perfect location to walk everywhere. If you want to light the outside fire then take or buy some wood. They supply for inside fire only. We loved it. Will be back again for sure.
