Relax in three spacious and stylish furniture bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, the other rooms have a queen bed and two full beds. Plenty of space for storage! The master bedroom has a wall length closet and a large, screened door to the pool area.

The two modern bathrooms are stocked with all essentials for your comfort and convenience. A master bathroom has a new modern a walk-in shower. We got you covered with plenty of extra towels and eco-friendly toiletries.

* KITCHEN & LOUNGE *
A fully equipped kitchen makes a food preparation a pleasurable experience. Coffee, tea, olive oil, and essentials spices - all provided. Enjoy your quality time with family or a favorite show on a smart TV with friends in the spacious comfortable living room with a large TV. Additional family room with TV is very convenient or family with children.

* OUTDOOR SPACE *
The sparkling pool and large outside area will be your favorite place to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool or grill some local seafood/BBQ on the outdoor grill and enjoy your company at the dining table that seats 6 under the open sky. Outdoor lighting sets the tone for the evening.


* BEACH SUPPLIES *
Ready for the beach? Siesta Key Beach is only 15 min away. We provide 6 beach towels, 4 lightweight beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers (2 different sizes), an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and some beach toys for children.
The entire house is yours to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!

The "Pack and Play" , a highchair, and a stroller for children are available. There is an additional fee for heating the pool during cold months ( November - April) $20/night. The pool temperature will be around 82-84 degrees.

We had a great time at Lana's house, very clean, very well equipped with all the amenities. Nice and relaxing, peaceful and quiet next to the heated pool. I would highly recommend this place, definitely would stay here again.

To all - I made a mistake initially by clicking on the T. The screen did not render properly on my phone. Rather, the home was an excellent find for us. It was well appointed, spacious, in a nice neighborhood and suitable for 5 adults. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Lana was very accommodating and kept in constant contact. I would highly recommend this rental if you are in the Sarasota area.

Perfect rental property for enjoying Sarasota

Perhaps the best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, pasta, rice, cereal, etc) and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating for eating and lounging.

The host communication was on point. We requested an early check-in, and it was granted for 2 hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling all morning. Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was about a 10-15 minute drive. Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key beaches were beautiful and less crowded than Siesta Key. We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in St. Armands Circle, downtown Sarasota, and University Park. The Ringling museum was a great place to visit. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved our stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool and the beach supplies that were available for us to use were amazing! We flew down to Sarasota, so we weren’t able to bring anything for the beach, but it was all there for us to use-an umbrella, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels! We also appreciated the shower amenities and bath towels provided. The house was also close to everywhere we wanted to go and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT TIME

This property has been well taken care of and you can tell the owner has put a lot of love and thought into this home. It’s VERY CLEAN. There are PLENTY of items for the pool and beach so you don’t have to bring your own. Everywhere we went was about 15-25mins. Easy access to everything you’ll want to do. Our family enjoyed our trip very much. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
