This Modern Private House with a pool near Siesta Key will be your home away from home! This renovated house has plenty of privacy, space and a lot of sunlight. Luxurious sleeping arrangements will guarantee a relaxing sleep. A quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy and convenient proximity to all main attractions. A very spacious outdoor space at the pool will be your favorite spot for family dinners and entertainment. This house will be your favorite spot to relax and enjoy your vacation.

* BEDROOMS *
Relax in three spacious and stylish furniture bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, the other rooms have a queen bed and two full beds. Plenty of space for storage! The master bedroom has a wall length closet and a large, screened door to the pool area.

* BATHROOMS *
The two modern bathrooms are stocked with all essentials for your comfort and convenience. A master bathroom has a new modern a walk-in shower. We got you covered with plenty of extra towels and eco-friendly toiletries.

* KITCHEN & LOUNGE *
A fully equipped kitchen makes a food preparation a pleasurable experience. Coffee, tea, olive oil, and essentials spices - all provided. Enjoy your quality time with family or a favorite show on a smart TV with friends in the spacious comfortable living room with a large TV. Additional family room with TV is very convenient or family with children.

* OUTDOOR SPACE *
The sparkling pool and large outside area will be your favorite place to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool or grill some local seafood/BBQ on the outdoor grill and enjoy your company at the dining table that seats 6 under the open sky. Outdoor lighting sets the tone for the evening.


* BEACH SUPPLIES *
Ready for the beach? Siesta Key Beach is only 15 min away. We provide 6 beach towels, 4 lightweight beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers (2 different sizes), an umbrella, and some beach toys for children.
The entire house is yours to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!

The "Pack and Play" , a highchair, and a stroller for children are available. There is an additional fee for heating the pool during cold months ( November 15- April 15) $20/night. The pool temperature will be around 82-84 degrees.

The house was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice and warm. There are lots of extra items such as coolers and chairs to use. Would absolutely recommend staying at this place!

Pool was fantastic on hot days. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was super clean.blinds and curtains kept the house dark at night and the neighborhood was very peaceful.I would definitely look for this unit on a next trip to sarasota.

This was a well cared for, cute and inviting house in a nice neighborhood. The enclosed pool was warm, deep and big enough for our family to spread out and not be in each others way. And to have pool accessories is an added bonus. Its all the little things we don't think we needed to bring on a vacation but do that made this place great. She had all those things ready for us to use at our discretion. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time at Lana's house, very clean, very well equipped with all the amenities. Nice and relaxing, peaceful and quiet next to the heated pool. I would highly recommend this place, definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Had everything we needed, was clean, easy to find and easy to get to beach, restaurants etc. Lana was awesome and great with communication. There is only one thing to consider. There is no railing to get in/out of the pool, this didn’t bother us, but if you have mobility concerns this may be something you want to consider. We will definitely book again the next time we head to Sarasota.

The pool was wonderful but tree above it dropped a lot of pollen. The host was responsive and addressed it right away. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host did a lot of little things to provide thoughtful touches to enhance our stay.

Perfect rental property for enjoying Sarasota

Perhaps the best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, pasta, rice, cereal, etc) and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating for eating and lounging.

Beautiful! Would stay again!

We stayed for our daughter’s soccer tournament nearby and it was perfect. The owner was immediate in her responses to our questions and the property was very clean! Loved the pool, gas grill, and patio! Thank you!!

This beautiful house is our gateway home from the cold and unpredictable weather of New England. We would love to share this house with our guests, so you can explore this beautiful city, indulge in the beaches, and enjoy the company of your family and friends!

The house has a perfect location! It is close to everything. Only 15 min drive to the Siesta Key Beach, to the Downtown and majority stores and entertainment places. And at the same time you can enjoy a lot of privacy in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood.
