A small oasis near the city perfect for the short trip

Small but nice - this cozy 1-room apartment invites couples, friends or colleagues to linger. On 34 sqm you get the relaxation you need for your short break in Lüneburg.

The 1-room apartment with kitchenette is equipped for 2 people. It has a dining area, a living and sleeping area with modern furnishings, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Cooking and eating utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, board games, books and hair dryer are available. W-Lan inclusive. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment and throughout the building is prohibited.

Our apartments are located in the 1. Stock of a storage building rebuilt in 2010 in the Speicherquartier Lüneburg, whose character was preserved during the renovation. The building also houses the STOREHOUSE Coffee Shop & Bistro. You have the possibility to use the offer of breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake during the opening hours.

Public, free parking is available in front of the building. The house also has an elevator.

The Speicherquartier is centrally located in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. Quiet and green, it is only a few minutes walk to the city center, the train station and various shops. The connection to the HVV, it is by train or by car not far to Hamburg.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay here! The temperature was very warm outside so we needed a fan, which the owner supplied quickly. The location is not as close to city center as I would’ve liked, but it is easily walkable and close to a Rewe. The neighborhood is very nice. Note that shampoo and body wash are not furnished. We enjoyed playing games with the game set in the apartment. It was a great little home away from home.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist nichts für leicht behinderte Menschen. Die Betten sind zu tief, so das man nur ganz schwer aufstehen kann. Das Sofa lädt auch nicht zum Entspannen ein. Und die Küche ist sehr dunkel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt deshalb 3 Nächte eher abgebrochen.

Im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Man ist schnell in Stadt gute 30 Minuten Fußweg und der Bahnhof ist auch in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Schuhanzieher, Fön), die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht. Etwas nervig war das Geräusch einer Lüftung im Nebenraum, was durch die Wand zu hören war. Das Geräusch war nicht permanent da, nur temporär. Was für uns jetzt nicht so extrem störend war. Check in und Check Out gingen reibungslos. Vielen Dank für das tolle Adventswochenende in Lüneburg, wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage empfinden wir als sehr schön, ruhig und trotzdem ist es auch zu Fuẞ gut möglich in die FuZo zu gehen.Uns gefällt diese kleine Wohnung vom Mobiliar, das Bad hat ein Fenster, die Küche hat alles, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Für 2026 haben wir bereits wieder gebucht

Klein aber fein!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber stilvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Toll ist auch der Stellplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Das Appartement im Speicherhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen...wir würden wieder kommen. Hell, modern und in ruhiger Umgebung. Lediglich die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart.
