We offer you in the Iris a modern furnished 2-room apartments (53 sqm, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower, wireless). Our apartment can accommodate max. 3 adults. The living room has a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a stove. You can enter your terrace to the garden from the access / living room.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and has natural light.  Upon arrival, the beds are already provided with linen and there are fresh towels ready.  Smokers are asked not to smoke in the apartments. Parking is available directly at the house. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. Rental bikes are brought to the object on request.

Incidentally, the well-known ZDF series & # 132; Hallo Robby & # 147; turned.   The house is quiet and is only a few meters from a beach (natural beach) away. This holiday destination is particularly suitable for enjoying nature and, above all, tranquility. You can walk undisturbed on the beach or enjoy the sunsets over a glass of wine. This holiday destination is ideal for surfers or kiters as this is only 200 meters away, a popular area for Rüganer.  The town of Neu Reddevitz, where our house is located, is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. It is only 5 km to the kilometer-long sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea.   Our three apartments are located on the ground floor and offer on 53 to 70 sqm for max. 5 adults and 1 child up to 3 years in cot enough space (living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bath / shower, sun terrace to the garden, wireless).  On arrival, the beds are of course already made with sheets and there are fresh towels ready.

The object also includes a beautiful garden, which the hosts have created with great love and attention to detail. For this reason, the apartments also carry flower names! For garden lovers so certainly a first address! Parking is available directly at the house. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. Rental bikes are brought to the object on request. A playground is right on the beach available (slide, table tennis, swing, etc.). There is also enough space to fly a kite or just collect shells or amber.
