Cheer up with a colorful and carefree beach vacation at Cognito Townhouse! Step inside to find an enchanting jewel of décor that transports you to a relaxing vacation. PRIVATE Pool & Hot Tub!! Walk right out of the living area doors into the sparkling pool area. With plenty of seating to lounge & sunbathe, or sit back & read a book.

The ground level is an open concept living area & 1/2 bathroom. The pool is right outside of the dining area. This makes the outside feel like an extension of the living area. The kitchen is well stocked & has Granite counters, Stainless steel appliances. The open space makes it easy to cook & serve your favorite meals. With the dining & living area all in one space, clean-up is easy. Then you can enjoy the 50inch TV & lounge on the custom made leather sectional sofa.

The upstairs is where the 3 bedrooms (all 3 have TV's) & 2 full bathrooms are located. Master bedroom has a king mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a King mattress. 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds.

Just over 1/2 a block from the beach. Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants!

For your convenience, Beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and toys are in the private garage.

We wanted to take a small trip near the beach with a homebase to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for! All communication was quickly responded to and solutions were swift. Perfect size pool for a small family. The items supplied for the house is abundant from dishes to beach gear there is not much to want for while staying here.

Great for a family

5 minute walk to the beach. Place was clean and big enough for a family of 5 to have space. Pool and hot tub were nice to have as well.

Stay was great

Our stay was outstanding. Nice pool, hot tub heats quickly, good beds... All around great. Only request is to get a good couch in the living room. It's not connected and slides apart, and isn't comfortable. We wanted to hang out more there, but so much room taken by DR table we never used..We would 100% stay again. Very responsive property managers.5 stars, even w the couch

This is the cutest little house! It had everything we needed for our stay. Days spent at the beach and evenings cooking out by the pool made for a great 40th birthday celebration! Will book again!

Perfect beach getaway for couples or families

We really enjoyed our stay in Cognito Townhouse. Had everything we wanted; easy access to the beach (<5 min. walk), private pool/jacuzzi and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Great vacation

Nice clean place to stay … plenty of things to do around the area … beach is less than a five minute walk from the house … everything was as described everything you could possibly need is there whether it be the pool and hot tub to cooking utensils or beach chairs umbrellas or toys for the sand …Rental company contact was amazing. We would definitely recommend and will stay here anytime we are in South Padre Island.

Gorgeous! A great way to relax at SPI.

The property is beautiful! Location is in the middle of the island. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay greatly and plan to stay here again.

Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants

Condo is nicely equipped. Having the pool was a definite perk. Very easy walk to everything you need on the island: grocery store, restaurants, and beach.

Cognito is a great property! We've stayed here before and it's a great experience every time. The property is great, pool and hot tub are awesome, location is prime. Quick walk to the beach and always nice to just chill by the pool. Can't wait to come back!
