The modern kitchen (18 m²) is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Of course, cutlery and crockery are available, as well as a small selection of spices. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer are available. The first bedroom (25 m²) has a double bed (1,90m x 2,00m) and a sliding door wardrobe. The second bedroom (18m ²) has the same equipment, cot can be set up on request. The living room has a TV flat screen and a Bluetooth speaker. An extra bed in the living room (0,90m x 2,00m) is possible on request. Wi-Fi can be used throughout the apartment for free. On our 6m ² large balcony you can end the day comfortably.

We warmly welcome you in our beautiful modern furnished apartment in Traindorf, a district of the market town Heiligenstadt. The apartment is located directly on the bike and hiking trail and the entrance to the three mountain bike trails is located nearby (about 1km). A children's playground and football field can be easily reached on foot. The 95m² apartment on the ground floor has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Child or extra bed can be provided on request. Parking is available directly at the house and bicycles can be locked. WLAN of course free. You are welcome to use our large garden, to relax or for a barbecue with a covered area. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Jeden Zeit wieder!

Diese Ferienwohnungen liegt in schönen Umgebung, einen Katzensprung von Heiligenstadt entfernt und man ist sehr schnell in Bamberg und andere schönen Städten . Sie ist liebevoll eingerichted, sehr, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestatted was man nur brauchen könnte. So viel Komfort finde man sehr selten und die Besitzer könnte nicht freundlichen oder hilfsbereiter sein! Die Better sind auch unglaublich bequem, das ist für die Entspannung doch sehr wichtig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur aus vollstem Herzen anpreisen; jeder Zeit wieder! And since wie are a half English, half German couple, here is a quick feedback for English speaking visitors: if you are looking at a spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated large flat with everything in it that you wish to find in a holiday home, look no further! Perfect base for visiting Bamberg and other lovely cities, too, and the owners could not be more helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely, spacious clean apartment with very friendly, thoughtful host in a beautiful area.

We were welcomed into the lovely, comfortable and immaculately clean apartment by the welcoming Frau Lang. She'd thought of all the little extras we might need and they were there. Traindorf is a small village with no shops but the next village up, 10mins walk has everything including a couple of nice restaurants. There's a small park near the apartment for children. It's a fantastic area for walking, we saw red and black squirrels and a kingfisher within a few hundred yards of the village. Great for kids as there's high ropes courses, including an indoor one near Pottenstein for colder days, a sommerrodelbahn at Pottenstein, a great indoor pool in Forchheim (we were out of season so the many outdoor pools were closed). Playmobil land in Nuremberg is only 1hr away. Bamburg is stunning, well worth a day at least. The tour round the Neue Palace is great, but just seeing the old town is enough. We're heading home fully recharged.
