NEWLY DESIGNED HOLIDAY HOME IN THE HEART OF THE SOUTHERN PALATINATE

Our modern holiday home suedpfalz-hauszeit is located in the center of the picturesque town of Oberschlettenbach, Südliche Weinstraße district. 2018 the object was completely renovated on the foundations of an old sandstone building. When it comes to equipment, we have placed great emphasis on an attractive design and high-quality equipment. Everything is designed so that we feel comfortable here, too.
The house offers ample space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. The living-dining-kitchen area and the bathroom are on the main floor. The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a refrigerator and freezer, a four-ring ceramic hob and an extractor hood. The dining table can accommodate four people. The living room has underfloor heating, a fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed. An open staircase leads to the gallery with a workplace and a view of the living room. The panoramic window front offers a beautiful view of the neighboring houses, the surrounding mountains and orchards.
The bedroom on the upper floor with a large double bed has its own exit to a small garden terrace with a view.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with seating and a grill. A sandstone wall illuminated in the evening gives off its warmth until late in the evening. This invites you to linger along with the rippling of the house spring and the chirping of the crickets. During the day you can watch the lizards that hunt on the stone wall.
A garage is available on the street level.
The house is only suitable to a limited extent for children under the age of 12 due to the stairs and the steep adjacent garden. No parties or events.
