A little bit about us ~ This house is owned by two Minnesota families, John and Jodi & Dan and Melissa. We have always loved southern Florida and have traveled there many times over the years for our family vacations. In fact, we traveled there so much that we decided to buy our own little piece of paradise in Cape Coral.
Why they chose this property
Our house is a cozy private retreat that is perfect for any family vacation. It's location is one of its best features as it is right in the heart of Cape Coral and has easy access to get to anywhere in the area like Sanibel Island!
