Exclusive holiday home in a beautiful location at the historic Sielhafen in Hooksiel

Holiday house "AM ALTEN HAFEN" Viethstrasse 16 26434 Wangerland / Hooksiel

Our exclusive holiday home in a beautiful location near the historic Sielhafen in Hooksiel is built in the style of an old fisherman's cottage (new building, completed in autumn 2017) and furnished in a white country house style.
It is suitable for up to 4 adults and is suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are therefore unfortunately not allowed and do not smoke either.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen in country house style, a beautiful, antique Danish cannon oven and a free-standing bathtub in nostalgia style (fully usable), the living and dining area with TV and a shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious toilet.

The furnishings are valuable and harmonious (white wood furniture, porcelain stoneware with a wood look, etc.). Garden furniture in the outdoor area is of course available. Towels, bed linen included plus 85, - € final cleaning. From July 2018 you can also use our free WiFi (Telekom).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Das schöne Häuschen kann ich wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und man hatte alles, was man brauchte- selbst an eine winzinge, aber vollkommen ausreichende, Salatschleuder ist gedacht worden! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!Frau Poppen die Vermieterin, ist super nett und freundlich und hatte alle Informationen, die man vor der Ankunft benötigt, sehr detailliert per Mail gesendet.Der Aufenthalt war leider viel zu schnell vorbei, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub liebe Frau Poppen!Liebe Grüße Dagmar Kreimendahl

Besser kann man es nicht treffen. Lage, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Check-in, Ausstattung, einfach Perfekt.Wir haben uns während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthaltes so wohl gefühlt. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker oder den Restaurants. Edeka-Markt auch nicht weit, der auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Mit der Nordsee-Card unbedingt den Bus nutzen. 1 pro Person und Fahrt. Ideal als Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Wilhelmshaven, Jever, Leer oder mit dem Katamaran nach Helgoland. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Poppen für die erstklassige und unkomplizierte Betreuung.Es grüßt aus dem Schwabenland. Familie Hofmann

Wir haben Ende August eine schöne Zeit in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Schon beim Reinkommen hat man sich direkt Wohlgefühl . Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden ☺️

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich vom ersten Schritt über die Schwelle schon wie daheim. Super tolles Haus.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr stilvoll und es fehlt nichts. Genug Handtücher, Decken und Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Frau Poppen hat ein Händchen für Einrichtung und ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am alten Hafen und kleiner Fußgängerzone ist sehr gut und es stehen Stellplätze fürs Auto zur Verfügung....Wir können nur sagen Top!

Ich kann nur positives berichten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön liebevoll dekoriert und sehr sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist vorhanden. Ich habe mich selten in einer Ferienwohnung so entspannt gefühlt. Die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Die Vermieterin freundlich und nett. Ich kann nur alle Sterne vergeben. Es gibt für mich keinen Grund einen Stern abzuziehen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, sehr sauber!

Das Häuschen ist in einem top Zustand, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Außerordentlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Auch was die Ausstattung angeht fehlt es an nichts, es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man in seinem Urlaub benötigen könnte. An Haushaltsgegenständen muss man nichts mitnehmen, es ist wirklich alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und Rückfragen wurden stets sehr zügig beantwortet. Alles in allem wirklich ein sehr positives Erlebnis für uns, wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten. :-) Das Häuschen ist schön gelegen am Innenhafen, keine 5 Minuten fußläufig beginnt die Fußgängerzone. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf kann man fussläufig einkaufen.

Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Es ist wirklich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich sauber! Jederzeit wieder! :)

Traumurlaub an der Nordsee

Uns hat es im Haus am alten Hafen sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl Erwachsene als auch Jugendliche waren sich einig: Die Besitzerin hat das goldige Häuschen sehr harmonisch, hochwertig, geschmack- und stilvoll ausgestattet, sodass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Küche, Bäder, Zimmer – ein Traum. Die Badewanne mitten im Wohnzimmer in witziges Detail. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir oft die Terrasse nutzen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schnell, unkompliziert und total freundlich. Wir haben uns rundherum willkommen und zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Gerne das nächste Mal auch im Herbst oder Winter, damit wir den originellen Ofen befeuern können.
