Amazing Vacation Home w/ 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms with View of Las Vegas Strip

This house is located in East Las Vegas in a suburban community about 20 min from Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. The community is great and has a park nearby for kids to play in. There is also a waterpark and family parks nearby no more than 5 minutes away. This property is great for a group of 1-8 guest. The house is a modern styled home with comfy furniture, beds, and useful appliances. It has a 2 car garage and the drive way is also available if additional parking is needed. The backyard is also available and has a grill for bbq's and family gatherings for relaxation and fun while on the property. This property is ideal for any guest looking to enjoy their time in a modern and beautiful home. If you have any questions or would like to request any special accommodations please do not hesitate to ask me. I will do everything possible to provide my guest with the best experience possible.

Why they chose this property

The scene of the neighborhood is peaceful. It also has one of the best views of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown especially from the Hollywood Park. I enjoy the quietness of this neighborhood as Vegas can be overwhelming for some due to the noise and atmosphere of the Strip. I have grown up around the area and I know that this location is a great one.

What makes this property unique

What makes this location unique is that peacefulness of the area. There are also many family activities to do nearby like going to the Hollywood park or going to Sams's Town which is a quick 10 min drive. It is also very easy to get to the Las Vegas Strip or Downtown. All you need to do is take the main road down and you'll make it to the strip in about 20-25 min.
