Pineapple Pointe is only 200, short steps to the white sand beaches, where you can swim, paddleboard or build sandcastles in the sun. This unit is located on the lower floor of a 4plex which creates privacy for you and your family. Sit outside on the large, covered patio and enjoy the warm weather and cooling breeze.

You'll sleep so well in the master bedroom on the premium, luxury KING mattress and enjoy relaxing in your bedroom streaming shows on the smart TV. The attached bath is equipped with dual sinks and a tub.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked including Keurig single cup coffee maker, blender, toaster and spices. There are 3 barstools at the kitchen peninsula for quick breakfast or lunches. Want to grill steaks or hamburgers? The propane grill is located near the patio by the privacy fence.

The spacious living room has seating for 6 and a 43" smart TV. The queen sleeper sofa can be pulled out for additional sleeping.

A washer and dryer are located in a small, outdoor building located on the patio. It also houses shared beach essentials such as beach chairs, a wagon and boogie boards, perfect for the beach.

This unit includes free WIFI, linens, towels and 2 free, tandem parking spots on the left side of the driveway.

Loved how close we were to beach but most off all loved there were beach supplies for us to use. Wagon, cooler and chairs! (Lots of toys too if we would of needed them)

Quaint property steps from the beach

Has all the essentials and location is excellent. Recommend renting a golf cart to get around town as you can then go a little bit further out but was extremely relaxing to rest your head before getting up and heading back to the ocean.
